Casa Del Sol is Brand New Construction in 2024, and beyond stunning. Tucked Canalfront on a quiet cul-de-sac, it’s the perfect place to kick back and relax. Take in that salty, sweet bay breeze as you relax on the Deck with gorgeous Views of both the Canal and the Chincoteague Bay. Just imagine fishing and crabbing right in your own backyard - and don’t forget to bring the Boat! Drop it in at the Cove’s Marina, and the house is just around the bend. Casa del Sol is all about waterfront living at its very finest.

Captain’s Cove is only 25 short minutes by car or boat to Chincoteague and Assateague National Seashore, where our famous Wild Ponies roam free. And if you’re looking for some OC excitement, Ocean City, Maryland is a short 45 minute drive away. Have the very best of everything, right in the heart of the Eastern Shore! But once you see this magnificent home, you may never want to leave!

This statuesque Vacation Home is adorned in Colors of Sand and Sky - so serene and welcoming. Sleeping 10 in 5 spacious Bedrooms, this home truly has it all. Upon entering, you’ll be swept away by gorgeous Decor, amazing Views, and soaring Ceilings. You’ll love relaxing in the Living Area after a fun-filled day at the Beach or Pools, and enjoying Free High Speed WiFi with Triple Band Technology, and Flat Screen Streaming TV. Sink into the comfy furnishings and just “be” together. The wonderfully open layout suits how we live today - perfect for spending time together without ever feeling crowded.

Just off the Living Area is a cozy Sunroom with a wall of windows to the water, and a cozy Gas Fireplace (seasonal) for those chilly off-season stays. It’s a wonderful place to curl up with a good book, or just gaze at the beautiful Bay. From here you can slip out to the Waterfront Decks with Water Views in every direction. Casa Del Sol sits on a wide Canal perfect for bringing your Boat, and easy access to the Chincoteague Bay. Whether you enjoy swimming, floating, kayaking, or paddle boarding, this is a fabulous location for all of that!

The Chef in the family will adore the well-equipped Kitchen with gleaming Quartz and Stainless Steel Appliances. Grab a quick bite at the Breakfast Bar before hitting the Beach, or dine with gorgeous Views in the adjacent Dining Area. Even better? Dine Al-Fresco by the water’s edge on the Waterfront Deck - the world is your oyster at Casa Del Sol (pronounced arster when you’re down our way)! Grill the Fresh Catch of the Day on the Gas Grill, or wander down the street to the Marina Club Restaurant for some awesome Waterfront Dining. You can even dine Poolside with a cold beverage from the Tiki Bar.

Casa Del Sol sleeps 10 in pure comfort and style. There are 2 Primary Bedrooms on this level, both with an Attached Full Bath. Bedroom 1 sits waterfront with Beachy Furnishings, and serene blues and whites. With access to the Waterfront Deck, you can slip out to stargaze while everyone else slumbers. With a comfy Queen Bed and gorgeous Views, it’s a truly restful retreat. The star of the show, however, is the spa-like Primary Bath with a Double Vanity, Custom Walk-in Shower, and a Jacuzzi Tub that will take your breath away! Bedroom 2, just down the hall, also has a comfy Queen Bed and Attached Full Bath with Tub/Shower Combo. Also on this level is the Laundry Area and a Half Bath convenient to the Living Area.

Wandering upstairs, you’ll find yet another Living Area! There’s a cozy Family Room at the top of the stairs with another Flat Screen Smart TV and comfy furnishings - perfect for when the kids and adults need a little time apart!

Bedroom 3 and Bedroom 4 are perfect for the kiddos - Bedroom 3 has 2 Twin Beds, and Bedroom 4 has a Twin Bunkbed. Down the hall, Bedroom 5 has a Queen Bed and Sleeper Loveseat.

If you are all about Outdoor Living, you’re going to be thrilled with Casa Del Sol. You will never get bored here - there’s an adventure around every turn. Fish and Crab right from your own Dock, or simply sunbathe and listen to the Tree Frogs sing.

Captain’s Cove is loaded with amenities - a Golf Course, Indoor Pool, 2 Outdoor Pools - 1 Bayfront with Tiki Bar, Fitness Center, Playground, Restaurant, and Snack Bar. Guests may purchase Amenity Passes for the pools by the day or the week at a minimal fee ($15/pp per day or $75/pp per week). Captain's Cove will only issue 8 amenity passes at any given time. If you are arriving within three days of your reservation being made you will unfortunately not be able to purchase passes or use the amenities during your stay. More of a beach person? One of the most gorgeous, cleanest beaches in America, Assateague Island National Park, is only 20 minutes down the street, or take your boat to one of our awesome sand bars for your own private slice of Paradise.
