The kitchen is well stocked and provides top-notch appliances and crockery. Loved cooking for the family while enjoying the views!Amazing house doesn’t even begin to cover it! This place was perfect for my family during the holidays; cozy, spotless, and instantly made us feel at home. The views are unreal, the neighborhood is peaceful and beautiful, and you’re so close to Chincoteague it’s a dream. Between the wildlife, great amenities, and those jaw-dropping sunsets (seriously… WOW), the vibes were absolutely immaculate. So many great memories were made here. Huge thank you to the hosts. We will be recommending this spot to anyone and everyone looking for the ultimate Eastern Shore getaway!

What a stunning view and super welcoming host!! We loved our stay and especially enjoyed the kayaks and bikes, great welcome kit of toiletries and kitchen supplies, very comfortable beds and soft sheets, outdoor space to watch the stars, and quiet, peaceful neighborhood.

The house is beautifully decorated, well-maintained, clean, and the view is spectacular.The outdoor space is lovely as well. Our kids fished, we used the beach cruiser bikes, and using the chiminea was a wonderful way to enjoy the cool evening outside.We did not use the pool at the clubhouse, due to the cost per person, but it looked like a very nice facility.Our host communicated well before our visit and was quick to respond during our visit. If we were ever in the area again, we would definitely stay at this beautiful, unique home situated close to several wonderful places to visit.

I can't tell you about our stay because the door code was wrong, the host couldn't be contacted, VRBO's assistance still couldn't get us into the house and so we had to cancel the reservation and had to get a hotel room. How could there be no back up plan if the electronic keypad didn't work? Why wasn't there a spare key? Our getaway was ruined. Host has apologized and has made a good faith effort to make it up to us. Unfortunately, we will unlikely ever return to this area as there are so many other ocean side spots we have not tried.

My wife and I stayed here with our two dogs. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. Boy was I pleasantly surprised by this gem. The round house is amazing and Captain's Cove is so peaceful. Highly recommend this house and area to those who enjoy a quiet and relaxing time. Neighbors were really nice. Our property manager was extremely helpful and made the entire process seamless. Definitely see going here again someday.

Nick is an excellent host. The home was so fun for our family to stay in. The view is so beautiful and peaceful. It is even more beautiful in person. Short drive to reach Chincoteague and Assateague. Stocked with everything you need. I walked down the street and got a massage using the info provided in the house. Thanks for a wonderful and beautiful stay.

Far exceeded my greatest expectations!

This is a gorgeous property that has every possible amenity you could imagine. It is a beautiful space in a lovely and surprisingly quietneighborhood on the water with many very pretty homes. Each bedroom is incredibly well proportioned with a very comfortable bed and mattress. Giant windows afford lots of light and an outdoor feel. Certainly there is room for six people, but each person can have their own space to relax, enjoy their own space and feel like they are vacationing in a relaxed environment.

Amazing Stay

The roundhouse was amazing on many levels, figuratively and literally. There are many creature, comforts throughout this sprawling home and the views were serene and relaxing, and the couches and beds were comfy! And the host was very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend would definitely stay here again.

Great place with great views

Nice long weekend spent with a couple of ladies that have been friends for 40 years. The weather wasn't great, so we didn't get to enjoy the decks and outdoor seating, but the house was so comfortable and the views are so nice from those big windows in the living room, that we didn't care. The house was well stocked with towels and paper products. Loved the teas that were available and one of my friends appreciated the coffee beans. This is definitely a property that we will book again!

Unique Paradise

I cannot say enough about this fabulous place! Gorgeous, well-appointed with amazing views and the Marina Restaurant is minutes away with a great atmosphere and delicious food! Very comfortable beds and a wonderful snuggle room for watching movies. Pick up groceries on your way in and you will be all set - kitchen has all the basics and more for cooking! We highly recommend!

Gateway to our forever home.

My husband and I along with two cats found ourselves homeless for a few days between selling one home and getting the keys to our forever home located in captains cove. Nick made the transition possible and easy. The home is beautifully decorated and quite interesting. Sunrise from the living room with a cup of tea was the best way to start my day.

Perfect place for some R & R!

Yurt-ques unique house! Nicely decorated and fully stocked. Perfect place to fish and crab off the dock. Furnishing was perfect inside and out! We didn’t leverage but what a cool canoe! Love the patio lights which allowed us to fish/crab at night. If you’re looking for a quiet place to relax, this is the perfect place for you. One side note, you should plan to get food for the week unless you want to go into town (30 mins) for food which we did every day. Wasn’t a big deal for us since most of our activities were on the island. Make sure to check out Tom’s Cove. If you’re going to charter a boat, check out Shore Chaos! We had a blast fishing for flounder. If we are in the area again will definitely stay here again!

Wonderfully relaxing vacation!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is located in a lovely community with a welcoming vibe. Everyone we met were nice and you could see how much they enjoyed living there. The house was great. It is a round house which made it stand out from the houses around it. The house was well maintained, clean, and had all of the amenities we needed for a week. I found the kitchen to be well stocked and we never struggled to find the right pan or a serving bowl. The house was set up well so our group enjoy dinner together or relax after dinner to read, watch tv, or play board games. We also enjoyed eating in the backyard or relaxing out there and watching the turtles. The host was responsive, answering a couple questions we had upon arrival and checking to see if we needed anything else. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

Everything was grrrreat! The house just as pictured! The views beautiful! Host even provided a lot of unexpected essentials like cooking spices and teas and coffee! It rained 3 of our 4 day stay but the evening we enjoyed the sunset was perfect!♥️ Outdoor space was really nice. We would definitely stay again and invite family and friends♥️

Great location!

Our stay was relaxing - beautiful scenery and quiet community. Golf was great, too! Host was exceptionally helpful and the informational links he sent us reflecting things to do were incredibly useful since we did not do a lot of planning before getting there. A wonderful experience!
