at the reception they ignore you and speak very rudely, the service is horrible and they think they are owners of the hotel they do what they want and the agitation was dirty, a lot of hatred towards Latinos by the staff I do not recommend it

La recepción es horrible, y existe mucha discriminación por parte de ello, si eres latino te recomiendo ignores este lugar busca algo mejor. Habia sangre en las cortinas

Pagamos un buen precio en relacion a calidad
Excelente ubicacion, en general agradable. Pueden mejorar revisando y arreglando algunos detalles como: TV nunca prendio ( nunca lo reclamamos) y luz del baño se apagaba por un tema de daño en cableria. El 1er dia la Sra de la limpieza NO siguio protocolo de Covid :-( desde ese momento colocamos en puerta que NO entraran y realice yo la limpieza. Las demas Sras que observe si, estaban con mascarilla.

Buena estadia
Tuvimos una abuena estadia, el sitio y sus alrededores se ven limpios y muy tranquilo, pero el cuarto no lo limpiaron a diaria con todo que le solicito a la chica de limpieza. Tuve que llamar a recepcion para que recoguieran la basura, toallas nuevas y papel de inodoro cuando llegamos en la noche.

We did not have room keys to our room. Someone had to let us in every time we needed to enter our room. I also booked two rooms and they didn't even have them on the same floor. The last time I stayed here the pool and jacuzzi weren't working. I will never book here again

The key entry system was down. Forcing us to be escorted to our room each time we needed entry. The staff was very short and seemed frustrated the entire time. This was inconvenient and affected our timeline.

One night stay in comfort.
Would have liked an extra blanket. Great heating/ac. As we like a cold bedroom to sleep would have been nice to have a heating option for the bathroom; however the room heated back up quickly. Unfortunately the toilet stopped flushing properly during the night, but we reported it when we checked out so they could fix it promptly. Great breakfast option on premises. Our server was excellent. The food was very tasty.

Overall is not a bad stay but my room was not clean or refreshing at all. we had stay there 2 night 3 day. I ask the cleaner on our floor she say i have to call downstairs i felt that was a bit much i pay for the full service experience when i come backin my room it should have fresh towel and the trash should have been dispose and it was not plus i had my kids there poor service

There was an unpleasant odor on the first floor of the property. It seemed that maybe it was coming from the gas fireplace, but I'm not sure. But at one point I placed a towel in front of my door to prevent that odor from drifting into the room. The front desk staff was underwhelming. There were times I had to wait a long time at the desk for staff to come from the back. One time, there was no one around and even when I called the front desk, there was no answer.

The front desk staff was very nice, with the exception of one gentleman, I can’t think of the 2 young ladies names at the front desk, they were awesome. Housekeeping was extremely snappy as I tried to ask for a towel when she was in the next room cleaning. I will definitely return.
