“very lovely home and nice appliances! we really loved the swing on the front porch.”

“The place was cute and exactly as described. When we arrived, it was horribly musty smelling. We had to open all the doors and windows and turn on the fans. There were gnats in the kitchen area and the bathroom, dust bunnies in multiple places, and a missing smoke detector. The yard had not been mowed recently and was unpleasant to walk through to the creek. There was a fire pit with yard chairs stacked on top. No firewood in sight. At the total price of $241 for one night, we were disappointed.”

“Lavender Creek property was perfect for my visit to East Tennessee. The house was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities needed when traveling. I would stay there again if the opportunity rises.”

“The house was clean. We loved sitting on the front porch watching the rain and having coffee. The Host was the best. I would say we would be back but we made an offer on a home so hopefully we are moving to NC.We love it!!”

“Nice and quiet. Staff were great and the area provides a good place to fish and swim with fire pits. I will definitely be going back. ”

“Daniel was very accommodating on last minute changes to our reservation (our fault) Pricing was very affordable. The location was good for a nice drive off the beaten path to Gatlinburg, clean towels, linens and plenty of hot water. Thanks for opening your home to us.”

“Great rental unit! Large, clean and well supplied unit close to all downtown JC shops and restaurants. We stayed here for 2 nights in Sept 2026, and nothing but positive things. Unit was clean upon arrival, the place was spacious, and the backyard was large. If you are traveling to Johnson City and want a walkable detached rental this is it!”
