  • Newly renovated 2-Family Home! Located right in Greenport Village providing walking distance to all the restaurants, bars, shopping, coffee shops, and Shelter Island Ferry, Long Island Railroad (LIRR), and Hampton Jitney.

    My place is close to restaurants and dining, the beach, family-friendly activities, nightlife, and public transport. You’ll love my place because of Location!. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids).

    This property has two apartments. The Sandpiper Apt. 1 and Aqua Vista Apt.2 (see listing on VRBO website that can accommodate 12 people when available at the same time for larger families and wedding parties. (PLEASE NOTE - that outdoor BBQ and is only available from April to November.)

The rooms and space were just as described. Nicely appointed and clean. The backyard was a nice spot to soak in the sun or relax with coffee or a cocktail. Very convenient location.

Our stay in Greenport at the Sandpiper was wonderful! Location was perfect: easy walk into town and to the ferry to shelter island. Ten out of ten!

My wife and I stayed at the Sandpiper for a long weekend. The property was very clean with a warm welcoming feeling. It is within walking distance to the beach and downtown shopping. Great location. I would recommend it to everyone.

Charming and just right!

Our stay was delightful at the SandPiper. It was a perfect size for our family and the host thought of everything to make sure we were comfortable. Greenport is a gem and even though it rained while we were here, we enjoyed taking the ferry over to Shelter Island and Sag Harbor. Great location on a quiet street. (And close to the ferry to CT.) Highly recommended!

Great place to stay

Winter get away in Greenport

Lovely 2 night getaway for my birthday. And opportunity to see where ancestors once lived. We had a great time and the waitress in restaurant knew my family. Just wonderful town and sweet apartment.

Great Experience!

Had a great weekend with my brothers. The property was perfect for 3 adult men. Clean, modern, ample space, plenty of amenities, nice covered outdoor space, a very short walk to the water and to the town of Greenport. Owners couldn't have been nicer. They really care about their guests. They made excellent dining recommendations. Highly recommend. Many thanks.

Fun 3 day stay

Checked out Greenport stores, Orient and beautiful Shelter Island. Great weather. Cozy porch and home away from home. Everything is really close.

Charming Get Away

The Sand Piper was lovely, and the location made it easy to get around both by foot and car. Absolutely loved the out door shower and side porch on unit 1. As first time visitors, we found the town very charming and not crowded at all during the time we were there. Particularly enjoyed the beach areas close by.

Easy Stay

My stay in Greenport was very comfortable. Very convenient to Shelter Island Ferry...walking distance. The place was very clean and well stocked with all things needed. There was a lot of light coming in to the front bedroom. I did bring a sleep mask so not a problem for me. Very pleased with my whole experience and will come again.

Perfect small apartment in Greenport

This listing was exactly as described and was a great little apartment in Greenport with everything we needed. About a 10 minute walk to downtown area which was very convenient. It sits on a busy street so there is some noise from the road but it did not bother us too much and the host provided noise machines in the bedrooms which was very helpful. Overall I recommend this apartment and would definitely stay in the future!

Sandpiper ++

Nice fresh apartment ! Everthing in the 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen were ready. We're here near Christmas and it's an easy walk, 2 block on the boardwalk, to the village for the Greenport Parade of Lights ! We couldn't use the terrace or the beach this time but we confirmed the heating system is very good. Seems like there are a lot of cars & buses in the morning, but it's only a 4way stop. Best of all, the hosts were about the best we've ever had.
