“The house was clean, however not as spacious as advertised. We had 7 adults planning to stay after the UGA game and adults are not going to stay in a bunk bed or double up in a full. It was VERY expensive for the beds you had. The management team sent several messages asking to remove our shoes, rinse dishes befor dishwasher etc. however, did not accommodate dropping bags 2 hours early due to flight schedule. We would have saved money as well as had more accommodations staying in 3 rooms ar a...

“Didn’t see any host. Ice maker didn’t work. The Heater didn’t work very well no matter what setting think it needs to be checked out before someone gets there and the heater isn’t working properly which it is now. Other than that a very nice place Loved the big walk in shower and spacious living area and the wrap around porch.The carpet in the bedrooms was very rough on the feet,”

“The whole vibe of the place was very relaxing. It is just a cute house out in the country. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed have a fire in the firepit one night. We stayed at the property during a UGA game weekend. Location is good for this purpose, if you want to be away from Athens after the game is over. ”

“Great house for a 3 day visit with kids and dog. The house was clean and comfortable, with fun amenities that we all enjoyed (projector screen great for movies and games). Location was good - near grocery stores and restaurants, and the neighborhood is very walkable and pretty quiet. The host was quick to respond to all questions and very communicative. ”
