It is unfortunate that we had significant difficulty in communicating as you had no understanding of English and we certainly do not speak Spanish. During your stay we explained that you booked the room for 2 people but had 8 additional children (ages 3 to 10 years old) when the limit was maximum of 4 guests as per local regulations. More importantly. you were carelessly exploding fireworks in the parking lot next to other guests vehicles late at night around midnight. Granted it was July 4th but we are a business and a private property with responsibility. You could have potentially damaged other vehicles while in the parking lot. Facts are as I have stated here and I hope you will kindly appreciate our need for putting the safety and comfort of all guests. It is unfortunate we could not communicate more effectively.

Thank you for your comment but we respectfully disagree with your assessment. If we need to reach a guest, we always call our guests first on the phone number provided upon check-in. Next we try to reach them on the phone in the room. If guest is still not reachable, only do we physically walk over the room and knock to announce our entry. Please note, it is not our policy to enter a guests room without knocking. We are not sure why felt this way but nevertheless, we apologize. Sincerely,

Thank you for your comments. We would have appreciated you notifying us that the kitchen sink wasn't functioning properly or if the AC wasn't functioning or if there were no coffee cups in the room. We normally place coffee cups in the rooms as part of our normal housekeeping and do check heat/ac when guests notify so that we can have a technician take a look and make any needed repairs.
