Our stay involved repeated and concerning sanitation issues.In the original unit, we discovered food residue on dishes and cookware, and most concerning, a used condom and wrappers in a dresser drawer that was accessible to a child. We were relocated after reporting this.Despite assurances that the alternate unit had been personally inspected and cleaned, additional personal items from a previous guest (used underwear) were later discovered under bedroom furniture after we had already settled in.A maintenance issue (broken microwave handle door) was also reported during the stay.When we inquired about extending our reservation, we were informed there had been complaints about us, though no details were provided. Additionally, the extension pricing discussed differed from the rate shown through the platform.While relocation was offered, the repeated cleanliness oversights and inconsistent communication made the experience stressful, particularly while traveling with children. We encourage future guests to inspect thoroughly upon arrival.
