Our stay was perfect, the house had most everything we needed. If we needed anything, the host was prompt with communication. I appreciated the space was equipped for young kids -including minimal decor so we weren’t nervous about breaking anything!

Amenities are poorly maintenanced. Security issues. Front door would not properly latch and the deadbolt latch was secured only with wood falling apart. Master shower smelled of mold with caulking missing in multiple areas. Glass shower door makes contact with sink with no stopper (potential hazard). No heat in the home, space heaters (extremely small) provided and utilized oven as an additional heat source.

We had such a great experience at this property! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect, close to NC A&T and UNC-G. Communication with the host was excellent; they were responsive and made check-in and check-out a breeze. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Loved the house and neighborhood. Very well renovated. Charming, warm and comfortable. Took walks in the neighborhood, people waving and greeting us. Pictures are thuthfull. 8 minutes drive to downtown. Easy to come back home during breaks between meetings. Excellent communication with owner. Thank you

It was a cute property. There were a few things broken. One was the dishwasher leaked onto the kitchen floor (see picture #1), the tile in the master bedroom shower fell off (see picture #2), the shower in the master bedroom leaked also (see pic #3) and lastly, the door handle on the master bathroom door was broke (see picture).The house can use more dish towels and dinner plates.

Peaceful getaway

We enjoyed the big comfy sectional couch, and the tv with favorite online channels such as Disney plus! Watched some oldie but goodie movies! Cooking was easy in the roomy kitchen. The bed was very comfy and sleep came quick. The en-suite bathroom was spa-like. Really enjoyed the stay overall!

Minimal but clean

We were here on a work trip - 4 women for 4 days. We had a good stay in this house but we probably won’t stay here again. It felt a little cold - needed a couple rugs and blankets and really would have liked some ice trays and a water filter pitcher in the fridge. Except for not getting the door code until quite late, we had a good time!

Family stay in Greensboro

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very spacious and perfect for our family of 5. The backyard patio was beautiful. Julie was a great host and very responsive to any questions we had. The check in and check out process could not have been easier. Thanks for a great stay!

Nice house

We had a great stay other then the alarm going off when we arrived. However the owner shut it off and the police arrived quickly so that was a good thing. Also the garbage disposal backed up and didn’t work which smelled but other then that was good and owner was quick to respond.

Cute getaway

The place was quite beautiful. We enjoyed the stay. It was nice to see that there was only one TV in the house. It gave us an excuse to gather all the family in one place and look at entertainment as a family. Couches were lovely with blankets on the inside of one ottoman. The beds were very comfortable and the main bathroom was beautiful. Nice area with stores nearby. Danes chicken and waffles was our go to place for two days before Christmas. Unfortunately, the issues that made this stay a 4 star instead of a 5 was the hot water kept running out at odd times in the night toward the last few days of the stay. So we all couldn't take showers at the same time. We stayed during the winter. The place had an updated ac/heat system but house took a while for it to heat up. Fire alarm would beep throughout the night on the first night until it stopped for whatever reason. My wife and children got locked in one room and couldn't get the door open for 5 minutes. Lastly, the cleanliness of the property wasn't bad but we had to clean it when we arrived because we found long hairs in different places of the house. So we had to spot clean some places. Other than that...we had a nice experience and enjoyed one day of the fire pit.
