Perfect for our wrestling family with the full gym and the sauna. We weren’t able to use any of it because of our schedule, but knowing this for next year, we will come earlier!Safe neighborhood, very comfortable couch and spacious rooms.

Very nice place. Note this is in a neighborhood and adjoins host’s home. Not as much anonymity as we are used to but Brett was a nice guy and respected our privacy.

Cozy place. All amenities that are needed. Brett was a nice guy, very accommodating. Quiet, clean and even had a private gym that my son utilized.

Great Communication

Enjoyed our stay! The apartment was clean and the description was accurate. Brett was easy to get in touch with for questions. We had an issue with the ac in one of the bedrooms but Brett was diligent in trying to solve the problem. We will definitely stay there again.

Great Place

Super nice place. Host was very friendly and helpful. The gym attached to the property was a nice unique amenity. The apartment was a great place to chill after a long day at market. Would stay again!

Nice but no privacy

Was for a business trip. If it wasn't a business trip I really wouldn't have care to stay at the property. The property manager live right next door. Really no privacy. But the property is beautiful and clean.

Very spacious and nicely appointed place. More of a guest house than an apartment. Brent lives in the main house and is very accessible and helpful. He also runs strength coaching business out of his garage (which is between his house and the guest house, so there can be a little noise but not much). The guest house has everything you need and is located on a very quiet, cul-de-sac.

I recommend everyone to stay here when visiting Greensboro. Brett is a cool.dude, and this apartment is 5-star. I rate this 10/10

Less stress

Apartment is cozy, updated and very conveniently located! Brett was very informative and quick to respond. The location is only a 4 minute drive to guilford college which made it less stressful moving our child in. We hope to stay here again in the future. Thanks Brett

Basket weavers rest stop

The property has been newly renovated into an apartment. It is clean, spacious, and reasonably stocked. Appliance are new and very nice. Brett was accommodating and friendly. He even Brought us fresh figs from the neighbor's tree.

Excellent Stay

Excellent property to stay in. 2 large bedrooms. Large living room and kitchen area. Updated appliances. Easy in and out. Was there for an event at Aquatic center. 12 minute drive to Aquatic center and Coliseum. Close to restaurants and Stores. Brett is very easy deal with and very helpful. Definitely recommend.
