There wasn't a trash can in the room. Mini fridge in the room no microwave to warm up your food.

One of the worst hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The beds were infested with bed bugs and cockroaches. Please don’t stay here!

Excellent bargain, and exactly what I was looking for. A little run down, but very clean with a good TV and fridge, restaurant next door, safe area. I’m staying there again next week.

I was in town for work. This is a good place to rest. Oh, there were a couple nicks and scratches, but perhaps the best thing about my stay was the office staff. They were polite and made my stay very comfortable.

Bugs on room and rooms had mold in them they sent me to 3 different rooms all were horrible

The staff was nice for the most part. I had constant issues with key cards access to my room. Every time I left my room I had to go to the lobby and get them reprogrammed, and they would work once after and that was it. The hotel has definitely seen better days… many of obvious patches in the walls, broken lamps, rusty tub, broken door chain, ripped sheets, broken curtains, chipped paint, moldy shower curtains, busted towel bar, spiders EVERYWHERE, and sad, small pillows. For a king sized bed I was only given 3 barely bigger than a throw pillow pillows.

We reserved a king bed 6 weeks in advance. When we arrived, they said no single bed rooms were available. We looked at a two bed room but it was dirty and smelled like mold. We ended up going to a quality inn down the street. The proprietors were rude.

Filthy and run down

It was the most filthiest place I've ever stayed at. Like living in a third world country. Hugs all over the place carpet not clean. Carpet was very sticky room smelled it was disgusting.

Wall-to-wall cochroaches! Didn't even a minute. Office woman tried to give another room. Expedia trying to get my refund, but they ignore. STAY AWAY!!

My room was musty smelling, and there were roaches on the walls, furniture, and bed. I did not stay. I requested, through Expedia, a refund for 2 of the 3 days of my reservation, the hotel declined.

There was damage to the walls and pullout couch in our room. The sink was grimy when we entered and we saw roaches on the wall. Granted, they did have an exterminator come out 4 or 5 days into our 7 day stay. Housekeeping never entered our room so we had to ask at the night window for toilet paper and towels and we bought our own trash bags to take care of our garbage. I did like that the area was quiet, but you can hear other occupants around you. Overall, okay if you're just planning on being room solely for sleeping. Glad we didn't spend a fortune on the room.

This hotel was AWFUL!! Spiderwebs met me at the entry way into my hotel room. Th waits and bed was dirty, not suitable for anyone to sit on more than sleep on. TV wasn’t working & there was no phone available. Room also smelled of mildew!!! FILTHY & NASTY!!!!

The room had dead flies on the ceiling. Dead and live roaches in the mini fridge and microwave. The towels had been washed but still had dirt stains on them. Spider webs in the room. The microwave was old and rusted. Over all the place needs a full remodel or people who will clean the rooms correctly.

The room was beyond disgusting. We delt with it because we were fishing the Roanoke River and they were only 6 minutes away from the pier, however, it was a terrible experience. Check in was limited to some weird teller window area, the front desk staff was not friendly, they have a pool on the property that is inoperable because of the amount of trash thrown into it, the room had roaches and I had to ask for towels because they weren't provided. It's safe to stay that I will never stay there again or any other OYO hotel.

Nothing like the pictures,trash all over in the parking lot , woke up in the middle of the night couple times scratching myself wondering what it was look to the side and see bed bug filled with blood wish I could upload pictures here

The roomed smelled nasty. The lights didnt work. The phone was from another hotel name and it was disconnected. They also only had their side exit open for us to get assistance which was uncomfortable
