Paint all over the toilet. Dirty. Very dated and looks like they tried to put a bandaid on the issues instead of fixing and renovating. Could have stayed at Hampton or another hotel for comparable price. Very disappointed and would NEVER recommend or stay again!

Pretty chill place. My wife and I went to Asheville and stayed at a Baymont for our first vacation, so it’s pretty cute to go here for our honeymoon road trip.

The desk clerk who registered me was kind, friendly, and helpful. It was a very nice stay, quiet and efficient. Breakfast was very simple but quite adequate. Very clean and offered in a nice, inviting, little breakfast building behind the main building. Close to various stores, restaurants, and local colleges. Access from the main road was easy. I enjoyed my stay!

great, safe place to stay
My one night stay was very good. Bed was comfortable and everything in the room worked as it should. My only complaint would be that i didnt have any bath towels in the bathroom and had to dry off with a hand towel. but no biggie.

The breakfast room in its own building was great! We paid a Little extra to check in early. Our room was CLEAN!!! Bed was comfortable, towel were nice, soft and bigger. The shower head was amazing!!! The staff and even the other guests were all friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Weekend getaway
Everything about the stay was wonderful. The only annoying thing, and it was very minor, was the refrigerator had a minor thumping to it. Not enough to warrant requesting a move, we just knew it was there. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay. The people were very friendly and helpful.

A very nice stay
Very nice staff especially check in staff and the ladies in the breakfast area. Very good location. Hotel needs a few updated but overall a very nice hotel.

She was rude. She couldnt find our reservation. She overcharged dhe said 84. And charged 134. The room smelled of pee. The beds were not mad properly. When you sat on bed the linen came loose. This location has a very attractive rate for sure. Have stayed there 3-4 times and usually was not too bad, considering the rate. In current economy, however, mgmt is probably overly challenged to leverage lower occupancy with being profitable enough to maintain quality of rooms and staff. Except for continental breakfast and the very courteous server, was not impressed with staff during our 2 nights, especially housekeeping. There's a sign in room offering option of not have daily fresh towel replacement if want to help with environment. But never expected maid to say that if we were staying 2 nights, they don't come in to the room and do anything after 1st night until day of departure. We've always found that most places (including this one in past??) at least empty trash cans, replace plastic cups and remake bed with existing sheets each night. So will probably use a different place place next trip.
