Did Not Stay Here BUT Superb Handling of an Emergency Situation

We actually weren't able to stay in the cabin due to a wildfire evacuation, but I wanted to commend the owners and the Evolve management company on their efforts to reach us and help us find other accommodations. We were contacted immediately by the owner and the management company, and we were sent lists of potential other lodgings. Our refund was promptly administered. They went above and beyond to help us, which was super nice, as they were facing very real loss of property themselves. As it turned out, we were already in AZ at the time staying in another cabin, and we easily were able to extend our stay, so our plans weren't disrupted too much. We wish the owners the best of luck with their cabins and hope nothing was damaged. We will hopefully be back to see and experience this beautiful part of Arizona and stay here in the future!

Quiet and Clean Cabin!

Great Cabin, spent three nights to get away for the heat in Phoenix. Location is easy to find. Quiet area, very relaxing! I recommend this rental. Easy access to Greer Main Street or FR87 - Big Lake. Love this location! Tom P.

Nice Cabin

We had a wonderful time at this cozy cabin. A few suggestions of improvements would be better WiFi. And change the hinges on the refrigerator so it opens properly.

Love the location

Loved our trip to Greer and the location of the cabin. We would love to stay again, though would suggest some changes to make for a better stay. Having no air conditioning made it difficult to hang out in the cabin, if no air can be added maybe adding a ceiling fan to the living room would help. There was little hot water ( maybe 1 minute of hot water for a shower ). The refrigerator is in an awkward spot, we would suggest swapping the fringe hinges to better access opening the fridge. The light over the kitchen table isn't over the table, more so between the table and fridge causing you to hit your head on it. There was absolutely no WIFI, with how things are today having access to the internet for work would be nice. With these few upgrades this cabin and location would be amazing.

Nicely remodeled, modern look with new fridge and appliances. Strangely the fridge hinges are on wrong side. Bathroom is also modern. I did bump my head a couple times on light fixture over dining table, it's not centered. Cabin sits on a hill so deck is high above ground with nice forest view. Quiet area, just a few cabins around. There are stone steps and then some more steep steps to deck, so not a cabin for those with mobility issues. Probably not idea foe very small children, but theres another identical cabin We were unable to connect to wifi, but there's a strong cell signal (Verizon user here) so if you have the data its no problem. Sliding shower doors were off their track but still worked well enough. Cabin is about 5 minutes from Lazy Trout store, and 7 minutes from Molly Butlers. So I mentioned some minor things, but it's a very nice cabin and I would definitely rent it again.
