“Great host!”

“Everything was great for our group of 6 adults and 4 kids. Everyone had their own space, bathrooms and the basement with pool table, games, Arcade machines were a huge hit with the kids (and adults to be fair!!)Kelly the host was very flexible with everything and replied to any questions we had immediately. Would highly recommend this to a large group of people. 2 rooms in basement with queen beds in each room. Bunk bed upstairs on another room and two other rooms with queen beds plus a bathroom...

“The view just beyond the yard is indeed good, with several large trees and a small creek. The facility has a lot of room with a spacious bedroom, living room/kitchen area and a large laundry/freezer room. Maintenance is adequate. The owner was very accomodating of our request for strong A/C and his overall communications were thorough.”

“We did not use the hot tub, but the house was wonderful and suited our needs wonderfully. It was clean and waiting for us when we arrived; everything was just as was shone in the pictures or stated online. We would use it again if we need another place to stay. It would be a great place for overflow if many relatives or friends were all in Omaha for the weekend and you need more space.”

“The house had plenty of space for us, and we had 11 people there! Beds were big and everything was really clean!”

“This was a cousin's trip, and 5 of us were able to stay comfortably, each with our own bedroom area (one was in the basement on a futon). The pool and back yard amenities like the fire pit and the hot tub were great. We used them all. There were lots of spaces to sit and visit indoors as well as outdoors.We found the upstairs was a little warm on hot days, but the fans included in each room were great and made it comfortable. There was bedding and pillows in each bedroom on the beds......
