Spanning 2 levels and a total area of 250 m2, this elegantly appointed vacation rental accommodates up to 10 guests across 5 bedrooms, making it an ideal retreat for families or groups of friends. The villa is thoughtfully furnished throughout with warm wooden furniture and features parquet floors on every level, lending the interiors a refined and cohesive character.
On the ground floor, the spacious living and dining area serves as the heart of the home, centered around an open-hearth fireplace and a generous dining table. A second open-hearth fireplace is also found in the fully equipped open kitchen, which includes an oven, a dishwasher, 5 gas rings, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Direct access to the garden is available from the living room, and a separate WC is also located on this level.
The upper floor hosts all 5 bedrooms: 3 rooms are each furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm, while the remaining 2 rooms each contain 2 single beds of 80 cm. The 3 bathrooms are distributed across this floor, comprising 1 bath with WC and 2 shower rooms each with WC. A roofed terrace on this level offers sweeping views over the valley and the surrounding garden.
