“Fun was had by all in the pool even without a hot tub. Things we clean. Breakfast was mediocre.”

“I was unable to have a full nights rest. Approx 3 hours. As the jacuzzi above was ran all night long. The noise was incredibly loud. The bed was lumpy.”

“The room was a good size. The breakfast was adéquate. Staff were very friendly.”

“I always check in late at night, and the same gentleman has been working each time. He is always upbeat and is sure to offer a genuine compliment to each guest, as least the ones I observed. That young man will go places if he keeps that up. The hotel is always spotless, the check in is quick and the breakfast is above average and a true hot breakfast. My only complaint is that I didn’t start staying here sooner, which of course is on me.”

“Beautiful rooms !”

“I wish there were USB chargers”

“Excelente el menu del desayuno, el paqueadero es amplio de facil acceso. ”

“Nice”

“Great spot for individuals traveling alone, quick stops, or couples retreats. Staff is super friendly, quick, and helpful, while building smelled amazing, room was super clean, fresh, and comfortable. 100% will return.”

“We really liked being in this hotel, in was comfy, safe, warm and very closed to the Edmonton mall. It was also clean and the staff was very nice all the time. They have also breakfast that is useful for you to not go out but right there you also have Smitty's restaurant if you want something different or if you want a nice lunch or dinner. We would definitely come back.”

“Needs to improve the clean service on the common áreas of the hotel”

“Unbelievable welcome! Great room. Very clean and accessible to east Edmonton /sherwood park. Great breakfast too!”

“Wifi didn’t work well and front staff logged us into the wrong room so when my spouse locked himself out and requested a key to our room number he had to prove we were not in the room that they logged us in. Security escorted him to our actual room and woke up everyone.”
