Thé greeter did not attend the property when we arrived. All the beds were not made up and the manager refused to come back to make up the bed. I had repeatedly requested 2 parking permits and the manager kept one and refused to return it. I was bombarded by messages during my 36 hours about checking out. In addition the responses to my messages made it clear I was being answered by a automated system as the responses often bore no relation to the question asked.
