“As I find stairs difficult with luggage, and no lift, staff were helpful and changed my room from 1st floor to ground. Staff were pleasant but bar service could be improved. The waiter was covering the kitchen and bar. He walked past me twice, while I stood at the bar, but I still had to open the door to the kitchen, and call, I had to ask for ice and lemon, but didn't get the lemon, it didn't seem available. Just small things really but could be improved. ”

“Las zonas comunes están reformadas, pero las habitaciones no han sido reformadas en años. Está todo bastante gastado, se nota que es un hotel que ya tiene sus años. Como punto positivo decir que la cama es muy cómoda. Todas las habitaciones tienen bañera pero tanto la mía como la de una compañera de trabajo no se podían usar. El último día de mi estancia por fin lo arreglaron, tras reclamar durante 3 días. El desayuno es muy British. Si no te gustan los beans en el desayuno, la selección no...

“El hotel increíble, son muy pequeñas las habitaciones pero para nosotros funcionó perfecto, todo el día estamos afuera y es para dormir, está muy limpio todo y en buen estado. la ubicación es lo mejor del hotel. ”

“Newly refurbished rooms were really nice, comfortable and well equipped. The hotel is also a bar/pub/restaurant. We ate at the restaurant and the food was decent. There was entertainment in the evening which was loud and we were concerned that it might disturb our sleep, but once back in the room, we couldn’t hear it. There is unrestricted public parking opposite the hotel.”
