Just 200 meters from the beach and the marina, Marina is a 90-square-meter apartment designed for families, two couples, and groups of up to 6 people. All sleeping arrangements are permanent: one bedroom has a double bed and two single beds, while the second has a double bed. There are no sofa beds.

The apartment is bright and is entirely on one level. It features a spacious living room, a new and fully equipped kitchen, a renovated bathroom with a shower and bidet, a washing machine, and air conditioning and heating in the main rooms. The private terrace, furnished to seat 6 people, is ideal for breakfasts, dinners, and relaxing outdoors.

The beach, the seaside promenade, the harbor, a supermarket, a pharmacy, bars, and restaurants are all within easy walking distance. Parking is free on the surrounding streets; if needed, paid public parking is also available behind the building.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a three-story building without an elevator and is accessible via two convenient flights of stairs. All interior spaces are on the same level. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted indoors; smoking is allowed only on the terrace.

Bedding and towels are not included. An optional kit is available upon request at a cost of €12 per guest; please request it before arrival. There is no Wi-Fi.
