The apartment is a one-bedroom unit (F2) measuring 60 m² with large floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the park and its relaxation area under the olive trees.
It is situated in a peaceful setting, within a magnificent landscaped park (palm trees, olive trees, birds of paradise...).
You can enjoy a shared 10x5m pool (heated to 29° from April through September), relaxation areas, and a splendid sea view of the Sanguinaires Islands, the Gulf of Ajaccio, and its sunsets.
The beach and shops in Porticcio are a 15-minute walk away.

It features an air-conditioned area with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area (fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, thermos, toaster, microwave, oven), a living area with a sofa bed and TV, an air-conditioned bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, a bathroom with shower, toilet, and washing machine, a safe, and a private outdoor dining area in the park under the olive trees with lounge chairs.

The pool and its large terrace are shared.
