“Great house, well equipped. Wish we could've stayed longer. ”

“The host Richard was great in communicating with us. The place is spacious and worked for what we needed it for. Could use some updating, a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Easy, convenient in and out access. We didn’t use the pool. It wasn’t very clean. All in all great for the price. ”

“Arrived at the house 10 minutes after agreed check in time, but had not received instructions on how to access the property. The cleaning stuff was still there though and let us in. Upon entering the house a strong smell of marijuana was present. The host was quick to respond and expressed he would look into it. Unfortunately for us we had to smell it a couple days making hanging out at the house miserable. The neighborhood was quiet and beds were sufficient. Not many toiletries provided and...

“The villa was very clean, it was in a quiet community. The private pool was amazing. It was very relaxing for my family and a baby. Only downside was we had to go out and buy more toilet paper, paper towels, salt/pepper, and a large fan. Some of the rooms would get pretty warm since the AC can’t be set past 74. But, overall it was a nice stay! We would stay there again in the future!”

“Very nicely setup room with clean sheets, towels. TV included with Prime guest access. A small fridge, Microwave and Coffee maker.”

“Cutest little cottage. We had everything we needed, very comfortable and clean. Host was great with communication also very close to shopping and restaurants. ”

“The interior of the house is nice, clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. However the description of the outside, front and backyard needs to be more accurate, it’s not inviting, no curve appeal. The location is on a main street a 20-30min walk to the downtown attractions however is a 5-10 minute drive with ample available parking. Communication with staff was friendly and responsive.”

“Perfect home to rent! Off the beaten path, but location is perfect. No road noise…. Just the occasional cows. Great budget friendly place to stay in lieu of staying at Disney park reports as well. Highly recommended. ”

“The house was clean. Courtney (the host) checked with us a few times to make sure everything was good and was there to quickly respond to any questions we had. It’s a great location within walking distance to several restaurants and Dora Lake. It was a quiet area and it felt great relaxing in the hot tub. I definitely recommend this property to anyone ”
