The Yosemite falls are flowing and the lake is full, come and enjoy.

Enjoy the beauty of Yosemite one day and a relaxing day at the lake the next. Our home is located in the mountains less than 30 miles from the entrance to Yosemite. Situated in a private community with access to Pine Mountain Lake and all of the Lake activities that you love, this home is perfect for any vacation. Fish one day and sun and swim the next. Rent a boat at the Marina and spend the day on the lake. There is a pool to use, and tennis and pickle ball courts for a little friendly competition. If you enjoy riding, take a ride at the Equestrian center. Golfers can spend a day at the 18 hole Championship Golf Course just minutes away from our home. And, of course, the wonder and majesty of Yosemite is something you will want to enjoy over and over again. Or Tuolumne County offers white water rafting on the Tuolumne River. Exploration through California's Gold Country. Wine tasting at numerous Vineyards and Wineries. Lakes and streams and all of the hiking you desire. Don Pedro Reservoir is accessible at Moccasin point, only about 15 miles away, for anyone looking for a larger lake to enjoy for the day.
We have a two story home. On the main level are 3 bedrooms, a large living room with a cozy fireplace to enjoy in the cooler months, and the kitchen and dining area. There are two decks where you can relax and enjoy the fresh air and gorgeous views. Downstairs a large living room and game room with two bunk beds allow for more sleeping space. An ideal area for kids to enjoy games and activities in a space of their own.
The quaint city of Groveland, once a Gold Rush Town, now offers visitors a variety of places to eat and some interesting sites to see. Enjoy the small town hospitality of a beautiful community. Stop by the Iron Door Saloon, the oldest Saloon in California, for drinks or dining. Or check out the historic jail in town. Whether hiking in Yosemite, relaxing by the lake or exploring the town, you will enjoy your stay at our beautiful home in the mountains.
