Yosemite Cabin Hot tub WiFi Quiet and Peaceful

  • Casa de montaña actualizada con 3 dormitorios y 2 baños. Ubicación muy tranquila y privada dentro de la comunidad de Pine Mountain Lake. Soleado, en un gran lote con todas las comodidades que puede pedir :) A solo 2. 5 horas en coche de San Francisco, 26 millas a la entrada de Yosemite y mucho que hacer en 10 minutos. La casa está bien equipada y no es el típico alquiler de montaña en estado original de 1970. Home tiene una línea de Internet dedicada, WiFi, Smart TV, jacuzzi disponible por un cargo adicional.

    NOTA: Estamos en una comunidad cerrada y nuestro HOA cobra $ 31 / auto para ingresar a la comunidad cerrada. Esta tarifa se cobra una vez a su llegada y cubre el "uso de servicios" durante toda su estancia. Esta tarifa se aplica a todas las casas que están dentro de la comunidad cerrada. Creo que es un poco alto, pero no tengo control sobre él.

    Ves verde todo el año por todas las ventanas. La casa está a unos 26 millas de la entrada al parque nacional de Yosemite y aproximadamente a 45 millas de donde estacionarías tu auto para caminar por las cascadas. La TV permite transmitir contenido en línea desde servicios como YouTube, Netflix y otros. Hay calefacción central y A / C y también una chimenea de propano. Bañera de hidromasaje disponible para su uso a pedido por una tarifa adicional ($ 100).

    Puede acceder a toda la casa, pero por favor, no estacione en el garaje. Está en una comunidad con un campo de golf, una piscina climatizada de temporada (de mayo a octubre), un lago que hace mucho calor en verano, senderos para caminatas cerca, establos con paseos a caballo y mucho más. Puedo aconsejar sobre muchas posibles actividades diurnas y lugares a donde ir en diferentes épocas del año. La entrada al parque Yosemite está a solo 26 millas de distancia, pero hay muchas otras atracciones cercanas. Ciudades históricas de oro, múltiples cuevas, cañón del río Tuolumne, lagos de montaña, rafting son solo las primeras cosas que me vienen a la mente. Bajo petición y por un suplemento, puedo organizar el alquiler de un bote a motor en el lago Don Pedro.

Boat of Garten Holiday Park

Nicely situated just north of Aviemore, there is a small village shop/Post Office not far away in Deshar Road, but if you need a large shop of groceries then Aviemore is only minutes away. The accommodation is very good with a double bedroom with en suite and a dressing area and a second twin bedroom opposite the family bathroom. There is a HD satellite tv in the living area with a supply of dvds to watch. The owner kindly allows the use of their own pedal cycles, which were perfect for a ride to the nearby RSPB osprey centre at Loch Garten. All in all an enjoyable holiday to the Scottish Highlands.

Not at all clean. Don’t recommend

Lot of fixes needed and properly need to be cleaned. Perking is extra cost. Didn’t like it at all.

The pictures do not do it justice!

My family and I stayed in this lovely home in late December. We can't say enough about Aleksey's hospitality. He was readily available when we were surprised by a snowstorm and lost power. Aleksey was on the phone right away walking us through how to hook up the backup generator. It really is a lovely home. The fireplace was so easy to use, no messiness and you don't end up smelling like a chimney. The beds were all comfortable. There was a constant stream of deer passing by the house every day. It was quite a surprise to see one sitting under the window staring back at us. There aren't many condiments and we could have used a few more glasses and plates so that our family of 6 didn't have to run the dishwasher every day, but those are first world problems. Overall, this is a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it.

An ok place to stay

This neighborhood is great and has its own lake. The kids loved the bunk beds and we enjoyed the hot tub. Owner is very quick to respond and checking in was easy. However, this place felt extremely dirty to me. There were cobwebs in every corner and a layer of dust on everything. When we arrived there were ants all over the kitchen, and there were more ants every single day even though we were wiping everything down and taking garbage out daily. I guess this is a common occurrence for this neighborhood, but there was no ant spray or anything provided so we had to go out and buy our own cleaning supplies to clean away ants every single day. Also, the towels feel like sandpaper.

Everything we needed close to Yosemite!

We took the whole family up to Yosemite for the Memorial Day weekend including two kids < 3 years old. Aleksey was extremely responsive and took immediate care of our few requests. The house was warm and comfortable and allowed us to cook, relax and play with the kids inside. The special amenities put our trip over the top. The area was absolutely beautiful. We would love to visit again!

Moderate Experience - Read the fine print and bring everything you need

A few colleagues and I stayed here recently for a night after spending some time in Yosemite. This is a great launching point for large families and the location is pretty decent and comfortable. Our host was responsive and we were happy with how easy it was to get into the home. However, we found that the home seemed to be rarely used with sparse furnishing/lenins (large dining room table for large family meals?), very minimal cooking pots and pans (which for large groups is essential), and a general layer of dust every where. I don't expect every house to be regularly used, but when we have to buy salt and pepper it is a little frustrating. The biggest frustration though is the additional costs. READ ALL THE FINE PRINT FOR THIS RENTAL. There are additional fees for usage of the hot tub ($100, never been charged this before at any other rental), and there are $30 fees for each car from the gate guard. All of these are mentioned in the details, but beware of the additional costs for this place and the minimal accomodations. You do your math and it adds up very quickly with all the VRBO/Cleaning/HAF/etc.

The neighborhood was so beautiful

The house is nice and cozy very clean you have everything you need in the house it was a really nice neighborhood the deer we're a plus really dreamy place to stay we had so much fun and the house was just perfect 2 rooms are upstairs and 1 down stairs there's games in the garage and a pretty patio in the back really cold at night so bring extra blankets or turn the heater on lol other than that we absolutely loved the stay in this house
