Renovated in a typical Gruissan chalet style and functional with its wooded terrace. A few steps away from the Massif de La Clape, 5 minutes on foot from the Plage des Chalets, between pond and wild beach, you will enjoy the preserved and wild landscapes which are typical from Southern France. You will have the opportunity to practice many water sports, mountain biking (60 km of cycling paths), climbing, running, hiking or simply strolling in La Clape.

A comfortable, warm and functional chalet: on the first floor there is a 40 m² living area with unobstructed views of the outer harbour, the village or Gruissan and La Clape. There are many beautiful sunsets to admire and a shaded terrace protected from the wind. A secured garden surrounds the house where children can play and come back directly to the ground floor via one of the bedrooms that is accessible via a glazed door opening onto the garden.
One of the 3 bedrooms has views of the outer harbour. To access the first floor from the ground floor, you must climb the stairs of an outdoor staircase.
