Pousadas en Grutas de Waitomo

“La cama es lo peor de la habitación, demasiado blanda. Además necesita una limpieza de cara y renovación ”

“We got the ship room, with balcony - quirky but very dated. The lower part of the boat is quite humid - at night you must close all windows unless you want milllion bugs in your room, so no way to sit outside and enjoy the stars but during the day the views are so pretty. Overall, fun for the kids , clean and ok for 1 night, expensive though ”

“It is unique and in a nice setting. We stayed in mid winter and it had a damp smell. There were possoms and or rats in the ceiling.”

“This was such a neat accommodation! Owners were very flexible with our early arrival and they were very friendly.”

“It was definitely a unique stay. Just keep in mind that the deeper in the ship you go, the colder it gets. However, the duvet and blankets they provide are plenty warm, and there are extra heaters provided, plus some electric blankets I think. People complained about the diesel smell, while present, it faded away for me after a while, it wasn't overpowering or anything. ”

“The room felt damp and smelt musky. The property required maintenance and updating. Fun for little kids. Power point for tv a worry, with cords not safely plugged in”
