“You just can’t find places like this anymore. If you want beach front, woods and wildlife, seclusion and safety - you can’t beat this!”

“La Playa muy linda, sobre todo la privacidad del lugar. ”

“El lugar esta bien ubicado, el parqueo es externo a 200 metros y sin atención, por lo que se dependen de la disponibilidad en recepción para entrar o salir”

“Nice pool for my kid”

“Staying at AguasAzules studio in Pelycan Eyes was a beautiful experience! The view of the ocean was amazing. It had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Super clean. Sarah and Steve were always available for communication with any questions. It has laundry availability, plenty of parking if you rent any vehicle, easy access within walking distance to a lot of restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!!”

“I've been coming back for more than 20 years, even before the new owners upgraded everything. This hotel is the best value in San Juan Del Sur. Next to cathedral and main park, walk to everything. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and fully bilingual. The neighborhood while very close in is quiet and safe. Its just below Pelican Eyes at half the price. Rooms and beds light, airy and comfortable even at the lower price point. All town's amenities are a few steps away.”
