Upon entering, the ground floor offers a space designed for enjoyment. A garage equipped with a stone oven perfect for preparing roasts or pizzas in the traditional style and a type 2 electric car charger for added convenience. On this floor there is also a private entertainment room with a 9-seat cinema and popcorn machine, as well as a table football for fun times. There is also a guest toilet.
On the first floor is the heart of the house. A spacious and elegant living-dining room with a large dining table and a comfortable sofa bed. The open kitchen, with a large island, is fully equipped and integrates perfectly into the space, allowing you to share moments while cooking. From here you can access the outdoor porch, the barbecue area and the private swimming pool, surrounded by a beautiful garden. On this floor there is also a complete bathroom with shower.
The second floor is designed for relaxation, with two bedrooms with double beds, full-length mirrors, air conditioning and ceiling fans. One of them also has a desk, ideal for those who need a workspace. On this floor there is a full bathroom with a modern designer bathtub.
The upper floor offers privacy and luxury with the master bedroom, which has a bespoke dressing room, en-suite bathroom with shower and a large window with panoramic views of the valley. In addition, there are two further bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a bathroom with shower separate from the master bedroom.
For a perfect stay, the villa includes high speed WiFi, oil boiler heating, two fireplaces, air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms. There is also a mini cot for the little ones.

All bookings will require a security deposit of €1000, which will be refunded once the reservation has ended and the cleaning and maintenance teams have confirmed the property is in optimal condition.
The heating of the house is provided by an efficient diesel boiler, ensuring a warm and comfortable environment during your stay. Normal and proper use of the heating is included in the reservation, excluding abuses. Examples of abusive use include: keeping the heating on with windows open, leaving it running for long periods when not in the property, or setting the thermostat continuously at high temperatures. If excessive use is detected, we reserve the right to apply an additional surcharge.
The diesel tank of the boiler will always be delivered with enough fuel to guarantee a normal and adequate use during the stay. In the exceptional case that the diesel tank is exhausted due to abusive consumption during the stay, the refilling of the tank will be the responsibility of the guest, at his expense the cost of the additional fuel needed.
