I liked that it was close to the airport for those who use flights. I did not like that communication was EXTREMELY DIFFICULT. No English was spoken. Most times staff did not try to understand my needs and request. They did not clean my room in the mornings. I would not stay there again.

This hotel is good if you are looking for a cheap place close to the airport. It is an old, dingy property with stains on the wall, and chipping paint, but it is clean. They provide soap, toothbrush & toothpaste, and 2 free bottles of water. The bed is hard based on western standards, but very typical for China. The A/C works well. The floors are all tile, so ALL sounds in the hall can be heard. It is rather loud and echoey, so I recommend bringing ear plugs. The staff doesn't speak English (I don't speak Chinese), but they are very nice. I had someone from the information desk at the airport call to request a shuttle to the hotel. They came inside to the info. desk to collect me. It was a free service. They have a translation app that works well.

Very close to the airport and very cheap price but very poor English and very poorly maintained You get what you payfor. However, very poor English is also the problem at more expensive hotels in the area! Staff in the hospitality industryshould get better language training!

Det stank av gammal cigarettrök. Stenhårda sängar Bytte hotell efter första natten till ett något bättre hotell. Nya hotellet låg bättre till, nära subway affärer restauranger mm

Convenient if you are arriving in the early hours

Near to the airport and to the metro stop at the airport. Getting from the hotel to the airport is convenient. There is a bus stop within walking distance. Also hotel has a shuttle service. Getting from the airport to the hotel is less convenient. But it is worth it if you are arriving by plane after the metro and buses into the city have shut down. Staff very friendly and helpful, although they do not speak much English. Rooms can also be booked for a few hours for a shower and rest before flying out.

酒店的熱線電話不容易接通，因為經常繁忙和佔線，要重撥幾次才成功。 這個酒店跟周邊酒店一樣，都有免費專車接送服務以方便住宿客人。 大堂比較小及只有三個職員，所以如果一次過超過6個房的客人同時間登記入住或者退房，都挺花時間去等候。 房間隔音效果不大好，如果房外有人喧嘩，會聽得一清二楚。 酒店房間沒有安裝數字電視，很多頻道包括翡翠台是收看不了。 房間面積大，以這個價格，算划算的。 房間床雖然大，但是床褥不夠軟。 房間wifi的網速非常慢，所以我放棄用wifi,改用自己的漫遊數據。 廁所和淋浴間面積非常大，特別是淋浴間，大到可以放一台輪椅，非常適合帶老人家或者傷殘人士入住。 但是淋浴間的下水道去水非常慢，我洗澡了不足2分鐘就水浸，要好久才完全去水。 最後，馬桶的水缸非常大，所以廁所沖水水壓強，不怕堵塞馬桶。 論地理位置，這酒店去機場非常近，方便晚上凌晨抵達或者次日早上清晨起飛航班的旅客。也方便去貨運站提貨或者去附近航空公司辦公室應聘的人士入住。但是因為離開花都區比較遠，所以附近是沒有聲色犬馬的場所

Actual stay = written on hotels.com & no English.

The stay was just like told on the hotels.com page. The free shuttle bus service to airport made it very convenient for us. The room had transparent-glass-window to washroom but we could lower the curtain inside the washroom for privacy from the room. Staff could not speak a word of English but were trying their best to help. Counter booking took time but eventually it was good. Paid 90 RMB in advance which was returned on checking out. Wifi was not good and we could not connect from the room and sometimes from lobby as well.

空港周辺にある

このホテルの良さは何といっても空港に近く、送迎もあり、車でわずか10分で到着できること。 とくに早朝、深夜に出発/到着の場合、タクシーの待ち時間やぼったくりと思うほどタクシー料金を請求してくるため、送迎を無料でしてくれて泊まるだけならば十分。朝も6時から送迎をしてくれるため、早朝便でも対応可能。Wifiがないため不便さはあるが、寝るだけならば十分。ただ、周辺にコンビニ等まったくないため、事前にカップラーメンやパン等を持参しておくのがベストです。

Cheap hotel close to Baiyun with shuttle service

I booked this hotel as it is really close to Guangzhou Baiyun Airport. Surprisingly there was even an included shuttle service from and to the airport witch was really helpful and which is a clear plus. If you arrive at the airport late and need to pick up somebody the next day, I would suggest this budget hotel.

90년대 숙박시설을 연상케 하는 시설이었고 다음날 공항이용을 하려고 근처 저렴한 곳을 찾다가 묶게되었습니다. 한가지 좋았던 점은 공항까지 셔틀버스를 운행한다는 것이었습니다. 그리고, 호텔스닷컴에서 결제와 관련해서 명확하게 설명이 되지 않은것에 항의하고 싶은데요. 사이트에서 결제한 것이 호텔의 보증금이고 체크인 시 다시 숙박비를 지불하고 추후에 카드가 취소되는 형식이라고 하더라고요. 사이트에서 예약시 전혀 그런 사항이 명시되어 있지 않았는데 체크인할때 호텔에서 그런얘기를 들어서 상당히 불쾌하엿습니다. 아직까지 신용카드는 취소가 진행되지 않았던데 불안하네요.

夜に到着しましたが、女性スタッフの対応が最悪でした。お金を払ったら、 「おつりがないので明日渡す」と言われましが、 困ると言ったら、サッと引き出しからお金を出して投げつけてきました。
