    The Space:

    Escape to Tu Casa at Mary Lee's by the Sea, a unique 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom oceanfront haven perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. This charming vacation rental home, with a blend of vintage and modern furnishings, offers spectacular views and direct access to the Caribbean Sea and Gilligan’s Island (just a 10-minute kayak ride away!).



    HIGHLIGHTS:



    - Breathtaking oceanfront location with a large balcony.

    - Water Sports Shack with kayaks, life vests, and more.

    - Close to hiking and mountain biking trails.

    - Sleeps up to 12 guests (extra person fees apply after 8 guests).

    - High-speed Wi-Fi and smart TVs in all bedrooms.

    - Outdoor shower and public dock access.

    - Classic kitchen, dining area, and living room with games.

    - Multiple outdoor spaces for relaxation and enjoyment.

    - Home has a power generator and water cistern.

    - Parking: There’s enough space to park up to 3 cars at the front of the property.

    - Pack n' Play: (SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY): We can leave a complimentary Pack and Play at the property upon request. This should be requested upon booking or no later than 5 days before arrival. Pack and Plays are subject to availability.





    IMPORTANT NOTES:



    - Kitchen is dated but is functional and very well stocked.

    - Surveillance cameras are in use for security purposes.

    - Futon and sofa bed setup available upon request.

    - Bedrooms open directly to an interior patio.

    - Water shoes recommended for the rocky shoreline.

    - There is staff on-site Monday through Friday for maintenance and cleaning.

    - Car rental is essential for getting around.

    - The docks are public and may be used by staff or neighbors during your stay.



    IMPORTANT NOTE: SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS



    For your safety, surveillance cameras are in use on this property. Cameras are located in common areas and outdoor spaces. Please be aware that footage is for security purposes only and is not actively monitored. Exterior cameras face the entrance, balconies, terraces, public docks and common areas.

    HOUSE RULES:



    - Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am.

    - Check-in: 4 pm / Check-out: 11 am

    - No smoking or pets allowed.

    - Travel insurance recommended, especially during hurricane season.



    Other Things to Note:

    HOUSE RULES



    RENTAL AGREEMENT: All bookings require a signed Short-Term Rental Agreement, which will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation. Guests must upload a valid photo ID (no selfies) that matches the name on the credit card used for the booking. The agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking or prior to entering the property, whichever comes first. Check-in instructions will not be provided until the agreement is completed.



    NO SMOKING: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged if this rule is violated.



    NO PETS: While we are pet lovers, pets are not permitted at the property at any time. A $300 fine will be charged if this rule is violated, and guests may be asked to leave the property.



    QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise during these hours out of respect for nearby residents/neighbors.



    UTILITIES (WATER & ELECTRICITY): In the event of an interruption to water or electrical service, the host is not responsible for hotel, alternate lodging, or transportation expenses. If service is interrupted for more than 3 hours, guests may cancel the reservation and request a refund for unused nights only. Nights already used are non-refundable.



    MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum occupancy is 12 adults/children at all times, including visitors.



    OCCUPANCY ENFORCEMENT: Occupancy limits are strictly enforced. Exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation or removal from the property without refund.



    WATER EQUIPMENT: Guests can use water equipment at their own risk and indemnify Mary Lee's by the Sea and the owner from any accidents that may occur. Always wear life vests when kayaking.



    TOWELS & LINENS: Towels and linens are provided for normal use only. Please do not use them for cleaning or allow them to be stained with food, grease, or other substances. Charges may apply for damaged or stained items.



    TOWEL HANGING: Please do not hang towels or any other items to dry in areas visible from outside the unit. A $100 community fine may apply if this rule is violated.



    SUBLETTING: Subletting or re-renting the property is not permitted.





    CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES



    Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and since this is a self-check-in unit, you can arrive anytime after that.



    If you’d like to check in earlier, please contact us the day before your arrival, and we’ll confirm availability. When possible, early check-in typically starts around 11:00 AM. Please note that early check-in is subject to availability and depends on our cleaning schedule.



    If you need a guaranteed early check-in, you will need to book from the night prior to ensure the property is ready upon your arrival.



    Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. For late check-out requests, please reach out the day before your departure, and we’ll be happy to check availability for you.





    TRAVEL INSURANCE / HURRICANE SEASON



    We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance, not only during the peak months of Hurricane Season (July to October) but also throughout the year to cover unexpected events such as travel delays, pandemics, or other unforeseen issues.



    Travel insurance is inexpensive and can reimburse travelers for most expenses associated with canceling travel outside of the cancellation window; however, coverage will depend on the policy purchased. Make sure to review and understand the options before purchase.

Fabulous House, Beautiful Views

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The house was spacious, beautifully decorated, and the views were spectacular. We had no problem finding or accessing the house. It was clean and well stocked with kitchen necessities, beach towels, games, etc.

Great location. Beautiful view. Roomy kitchen area. Kids liked the separate rooms with the courtyard. Kayaked out to Gilligans island and to see sunrise. Highly recommend the place.

Beautiful Setting

We loved our stay at Tu Casa. The setting is magnificent, and the house is spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the swimming and kayaking, and there is some great hiking nearby. The house needs a little attention, but any issues were dealt with promptly, and the communication with Rut was friendly and clear.

Had a spectacular time at Mary lees this past weekend. Has mesmerizing views of the coast and surrounding area. Very well equipped kitchen, with all the amenities and more. All that you need to have a really , really good time is there in the house. We really liked the decoration and its beach vibes. Loved the large terrace with its bbq. Very comfortable rooms , large bathrooms and showers , large common areas g , family room and dining area. Very peaceful area. Has all the needed water toys for the exploring its surrounding coast. Has inspiring sunrise and sunset views.Excellent for families and groups. Highly recommended , would love to come every weekend here. Top of my stays.

We had a wonderful stay at Mary Lee’s. The views are incredible and made every morning and evening feel special. The night sky was stunning and we were able to see Saturn’s rings with the naked eye!We loved how well-equipped the house was for kayaking and water fun. Make sure to paddle to Gilligan's Island and go between the canals. There’s also a small private beach area on the property, perfect for a quick work break dip (we all worked remotely and the WIFI was great).The beds and linens were very comfortable and the AC works great, although we were there in Nov. and we were able to open the house to let the trade winds cool it. The property itself is older and needs some TLC, but this never detracted from our stay. Everything functioned as expected and, well, the views.A special mention to the property management team—they were incredibly responsive, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.Overall, this is a beautiful home and we would recommend it.
