Reservations for more than 10 people will incur an additional charge of R$ 2,000.00.

2 (Two) Parking Spaces.

The apartment is stocked with toilet paper, dish soap and sponges in the kitchen and barbecue area, fine salt, coarse salt, sugar, liquid soap at the bathroom sinks, as well as a bath mat and a face towel in the bathrooms.
We do not replace face towels and bathroom mats after they have been soiled. For guests to wash their own towels and bathroom mats, we have a new washing machine available.
The complimentary items offered, such as toilet paper, detergent, fine and coarse salt, sugar, and liquid soap at the bathroom sinks, are only the first items provided to give you, the guest, peace of mind when you arrive at your apartment and have a minimum of comfort at your disposal. We understand how tiring the journey can be, and often you haven't had time to go to the market or have arrived late at night. However, replenishing these items when they run out is the guest's responsibility (we do not replenish these items).
We do not offer cleaning products, but we do offer cleaning "materials" such as brooms, mops, buckets, various cleaning cloths, and floor cloths.

The rooms are equipped with waterproof mattress protectors and a waterproof pillowcase for each guest.

We also offer complete bed linens and towels.
The sheets are Zelo Perkal 200 Thread Count, all of excellent hotel quality.
The kit includes waterproof bed sheets, fitted and flat sheets, blankets, pillows, waterproof pillowcases, pillow shams, bath towels (1 for each guest), 3 additional pool towels, and face towels, one for each bathroom.
If you are interested, there is an additional charge of R$ 10.00 per person per day.
We only offer free exchange or replacement of bath towels, face towels, and bath mats for stays longer than 4 days, and always halfway through the exchange/replacement period. We also offer free replacement of bed linens for stays longer than 7 days.
If you need an exchange before this period, an additional fee of R$ 10.00 per day will be charged for each complete Kit exchange. We do not exchange only one item from the Kit.
We provide a new washing machine should you wish to wash any clothing or items from the supplied kit.

The building has a games room and two parking spaces.
If you need an extra parking space, talk to the building manager; they can check if it's possible to rent one from another resident.

On the lower floor of the penthouse, guests can enjoy three suites, a living room, a dining room, a balcony overlooking the street, three bathrooms plus a powder room and laundry room.<
