The house has exclusive access to a private beach within the condominium and is located less than 5 minutes from two other famous beaches: MAR CASADO BEACH, perfect for enjoying luxury by the sea, and ENSEADA BEACH in front of the Tortuga condominium, a spot with calm waters offering boat, watercraft, and personal watercraft rentals.

A true paradise! Small, charming, and completely surrounded by the Atlantic Forest, with a fishing village next door that adds a special touch to the place. The beach is extremely clean, with crystal-clear waters and calm seas; perfect for those seeking tranquility and wanting to escape the hustle and bustle.

Access to the beach is via a beautiful trail that runs alongside waterfalls. The entire path is paved and equipped with security cameras and monitoring along the way.

Please note that the descent involves approximately 400 steps. However, we have an exclusive entrance that starts the trail right near the arrival point.

To preserve the natural beauty and ensure a more peaceful atmosphere, the beach has no kiosks, beach huts, or street vendors. If needed, we provide a beach kit at the house for your convenience.

🏖️ Mar Casado Beach:
★★★★★ — Recommended

It’s just a 4-minute drive from the house and is an excellent beach, especially for those with children, because the sea is usually calmer.

It’s located right across from the Sofitel Jequitimar and has great beach facilities, with food stands, chairs, and umbrellas available. It’s also close to the Jequiti Mall, which features major brand stores, cafes, and renowned restaurants.

The beach gets its name from an island located right across from it. In the morning, a beautiful natural phenomenon occurs at low tide: the strip of sand “meets” the island, forming a natural passage between the two points.

🏖️ Praia do Éden:
★★★★★

The name Praia do Éden could very well be a reference to paradise. This small stretch of sand, surrounded by nature, is very well preserved and considered one of the most beautiful beaches in Guarujá. Thanks to its greenish waters, you can go snorkeling and, at certain times of the year, spot sea turtles.

Since it’s a more secluded spot, there’s only one kiosk offering services, snacks, and drinks. Access to this beach is just a few steps from our Mansão Oásis. The only catch is that reaching this secluded spot requires a bit of effort. You’ll reach it via a short, somewhat steep trail—but it’s well worth the effort.

We offer both self-check-in, available 24 hours a day, and a personalized, in-person reception—whichever the guest prefers.

* Guest Support:
Your host, Romeu, will be available 24 hours a day throughout your entire stay to ensure that every detail runs smoothly.

* Cleaning Service:
Daily cleaning is not included in the stay by default on the Airbnb app. To book this additional service, simply let us know in advance—we’ll arrange for a trusted professional.

* Visitors and Day Use:
To ensure the comfort, safety, and maintenance standards of the property, the host must be notified in advance of any external visitors during your stay.

Visitors are permitted only with authorization and upon payment of a fee equal to 50% of the rate charged for an additional guest, per day of visit.

To ensure the safety and exclusivity of the property, access to the mansion is restricted to pre-registered guests. Registration is completed at the time of booking by submitting an official photo ID, in accordance with the house rules.
