“Receptionist who checked us in was good, but rest of staff not welcoming at all. Room upgrade was ok but seemed unfinished or lack of furniture. Views on the mountains are amazing, If you can cover your sight and unsee all the trash around the property. Breakfast was quite good. Spa and swimming pool is available for extra charge but affordable. Can become an amazing hotel.”

“Was nice little hotel with great view and a stone’s throw to the ski lift and ticketing. You can even ski down to it and back to the hotel but was too late in the season for that. Maybe next time. Staff was friendly dinner with a view was good. Great view from the room and good water pressure. Clean water to drink right out of the tap.”

“Receptionist was not giving a single fu*k about our requests. We had booked standard room with king size bed. They gave us basic room with 2 single beds. When we asked the receptionist, she told us she's just receptionist, she doesn't know anything. Later they asked the housekeepers to put combined cover on 2 beds and they made it look like a single bed. Water was not provided, unless explicitly asked. Rooms smellls with horrible toilet smell. There are no lifts. You have to drag your luggage to...
