“George, Saba, and Ucha made everything perfect. Expect the best in class guest experience at Tsiga. They went above and beyond in every single aspect. Room service was top notch, just one call and they are at your door. They provided free pick/drop service to the ski lifts. Good breakfast. We even rented our ski gear for half the price here. ”

“Hotel is located near the slope, so you can ride in the morning direct to slope from trail, and also returning back to hotel using trail directly from last slope right after tractors. “A lovely hotel in a lovely ski resort. Great views on the mountains from the spa facilities. Unfortunately, there is a big problem with the staff at the reception and also in the spa facilities. Unhelpful, not interested, some even bluntly rude. Some would spend their time looking at their phones while you’re talking to them.
