We had a great stay at the Bluebird's Burrow with our kids and grandkids! The beds were comfortable, the game room was well used, the outdoor space is awesome for playing yard games and general running around. We made smores on the firepit and cooked every meal onsite. The living areas and dining table are large and roomy enough for a big group - even with five kids it never felt like we were on top of each other. Even without air conditioning in the summer heat, the house stayed very cool because we opened the windows at night and closed the house in the morning, keeping in the cool night air - highly recommend that. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house, private, short drive to Guerneville.

Graduation celebration with big table and cooks kitchen with good knives, large pots, etc. Good times outside by the propane fire. Nice bedrooms, private with good beds.Double oven! stovetop griddle, full-pot coffee maker or Keurig-style. 20 something’s spent time on the gym machines and at ping pong table. BBQ uneven and microwave must be unplugged to retrieve.We would happily return!

Amazing Rental for Everyone

This may be the largest rental I’ve ever rented. The owners made the home spacious and inviting with the outside seating and fire pit, two indoor entertaining areas, and a bonus game room. The EV charge port was perfect for one of the cars. We opted to leave our dog at home, but after seeing the detail the owners added with dog blankets and treats, we’ll definitely be renting again and brining our dog with us next time. Great for large groups and family outings.

Fantastic Experience

Home was perfect for a long weekend family get together. Plenty of room - nearby activities - well equipped kitchen - large dining table that could seat everyone. We enjoyed our time at the Blue Burrow.

We had a great time. The overall setup was perfect for our stay. There wasn’t a skillet large enough for one of the meals we made so we bought an inexpensive one and left it at the house.

Great House!

Needed a spacious house that had enough activities to keep folks busy. There is a great outdoor space with a BBQ and a hot tub. The main floor was large and had several areas where you could gather. The upstairs had 4 bedrooms and a large game room with a TV, pool table, and a ping pong table. It was hard to get an Uber to the house but we were able to order DoorDash for dinner just fine. Cell service is a bit spotty on the drive so be prepared for that. WiFi was speedy and reliable at the house. I would stay here again and recommend it. However, if you have young kids or elderly folks in your group, be aware that they need to be comfortable with stairs. If they are not, you will likely have challenges.

Excellent Place!

The Bluebird's Burrow listing had everything we thought we needed and it exceeded those expectations! The place had every amenity we required and then some. Beautiful location, the hot tub was lovely, the gym and game rooms were a nice bonus. The property manager was very helpful to and was clearly available if we had any issues or needs. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Family celebration

The owner and the manager were very accommodating and welcoming. The house was spacious and very well appointed. Lovely area and close to Russian River. We took several day trips and explored the area. We had a wonderful time and like my grandson said “I loved our vacation.”

A family reunion for the books!

I cannot say enough good things about this property. We stayed here for a family vacation. The property was big enough for all 10 of us - we never felt on top of each other. The property is bigger and prettier than the pictures depicted online. The kitchen and dining room table have ample space for multiple people to cook at once and for all of us to sit and enjoy meals together. The backyard is huge! The firepit and hot tub were the ultimate highlights. We enjoyed morning coffees & evening cocktails by the fire. The house is less than 10 minutes away from the river and downtown. Jerry and the property manager Nicole were so responsive and helpful. Check in and check out was a breeze. I even mentioned to Jerry prior to our stay that we would be with our 9 month old son, so he had a packn'play available for us to use. This property is a gem - with every detail thoroughly thought out for guests to enjoy ultimate relaxation. Thanks Jerry!

Great property

Super property. Spacious, well equipped perfect for our friend reunion. Absolutely no cellular service in the area, but the wifi at the house worked fine, though we could not be reached on our phones. Would rent again, or suggest to others.

Wonderful family home

We chose this beautifully located, large home for a small family gathering of folks from a few different states. The home was perfect for us. There are two separate sitting areas for folks to chat, a large game room, and wonderful outdoor seating spaces on a large deck and porch area to soak up the sun and watch the acorn woodpeckers on the granary tree located in the yard. The yard is huge, and our small dogs enjoyed the space. The local manager is incredibly responsive. The location is near both Armstrong Redwoods and the coast, so there was plenty to see. I highly recommend this home for large or extended family or friend gatherings!

Beautiful and Peaceful

We had the pleasure of staying at this gorgeous property in early January 2023; our family thoroughly enjoyed this comfortable and quiet home. The home is in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by beautiful trees; the home is incredibly clean and the homeowners have thought of everything--even including make-up wipes! The home is very spacious and includes a game room upstairs--our girls loved the pool table and ping-pong table! The homeowner was very communicative, and was very kind to check in on us via text during our stay (which was especially thoughtful given the inclement at the time); there was also a property manager who checked in on us as well, and who welcomed us with cookies and sparkling cider (which was very kind). We did ultimately decide to leave early (due to weather and concerns about roads home flooding), but we'd absolutely return to this amazing place.
