We loved our stay for our family of 4 (two boys ages 9 and 11). The location under the trees in a quiet neighborhood was great. The town is pretty barren, but the outdoor activities in the area are amazing. You can definitely tell the house is run by women. They include everything that you need and more. The beds are comfy, the bidet toilets are amazing, and the kitchen is fully equipped. LOVED the little touches and juke box. Would definitely recommend!

The home is even better than the listing looks. Checked every box for our family. All the little details were so incredible. Functioning jukeboxes, vintage games, classic board games, themed art are just the beginning. The location is truly dreamy. This was our first visit to northern CA and Dhyana has us dreaming of our next visit.

This was an amazing property! The house was adorable with lots of fun decor. My kids loved the game room, using the hot tub, and hanging out at the fire table at night. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking. The river is a short walk away. Overall a fantastic vacation!

Beautiful house--Hostile neighbors--Very strict landlord

The house was beautiful But we had a VERY bizarre experience--got kicked out 1 day early. I booked the house, as well as another house down the street for me and 11 friends to celebrate my bday. It was also a Holiday weekend (Veteran's Day). Only 6 of us slept at this house, but for dinners, and general hanging out, we chose to hang out at this house (the other 6 folks slept at the house down the street). Saturday night we were up late (~midnight) playing yahtzee and pong in the basement. Apparently the neighbors are extremely sensitive & were quick to complain. Note: this was a Saturday night of a holiday weekend and we were never directly warned by police or anyone. Fast forward to the next morning, we're having breakfast expecting to have another full day/night to enjoy when someone knocks on the door. I step out to talk to them, and i'm immediately met with hostility. They said to me "you were warned, you broke the rules, the neighbors complained, you had too many people. You need to pack up your things and be out in 25 minutes. I'll be waiting out front. You better clean everything up perfectly or I'll charge you--don't even leave a single cigarette butt or i'll charge you". I apologized but they said "don't apologize just get out of my house right now" Later I realized i had missed 4 calls just before they showed up, but being on vacation my phone was put away. So we packed, cleaned and left immediately. I am asking for a refund but not holding my breath

Darling Cabin feel for the whole family!

Really cute and bigger than it seems in the pictures place. The decorations are from some hardcore Disney and vintage 80's style stuff and we dug it! The kitchen was stocked with spices and dishes, including a ton of kid plates, cups and utensils. Thank you! Two bedrooms have skylights sooooo if you need darkness to sleep, you might find this hard--it was for our kids--even with the adorable sleep masks provided for us. 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the main floor; go down the stairs for the second toilet and shower, along with a garage game room. The arcade is upstairs. Cute place and super nice hosting experience--would recommend!

Games galore

Our stay here was great. The house had so many fun things to keep us entertained on the rainy days we were stuck inside. The house was cozy and upgraded. I dropped the communications stars down one because we got mixed messages on accessing the home. Emails said one thing and text messages said another. Also non of the links from the emails to download the property management app worked. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Cozy Home

Wonderful - one slight problem

Overall our stay was very pleasant - a great stay. The only problem - and it is minor - is that we arrived at night and the signage from the street is not great. as a result, it took us a while to find the correct house.

Paradise in the Redwoods

Beautiful, spacious home in gorgeous setting. Neighborhood is very quiet. House has fun art and retro features. Kitchen was stocked and great for cooking. And the river is a short walk away. We will be back.

Fun spot!

Everything we needed

My side of the family had a reunion in Guerneville this last week. We rented two separate houses and Dhyana was one of them. This property is lovely all around. The house is comfortable and beautiful; the yard was perfect for our dogs, and the property provided all the gear that we needed for our trips to the river. The property management group was responsive and easy to communicate with as well. I would definitely recommend this property to others and would happily stay here again.

Beautiful house in the redwoods

Wonderful house in the redwoods close to the river! The skylights were a special surprise. Wasn't expecting the second bathroom to be downstairs and it was quite cold, but otherwise the house was perfect for what we needed.

Perfect family vacation

Our family of four (two adult kids, my husband and me) stayed here for a long weekend and it was more than we could have hoped for. It was clean, comfortable, and just the right size. There are so many options for spending time together: playing cornhole, sitting outside under the redwoods, making family dinners, and talking near the cozy fireplace. Our dog loved sleeping in front of the fireplace and he also had a fenced in yard. The location is super close to the river, and an easy drive to the downtown area. Loved the bookstore in town, by the way. Staying at Dhyana amidst the trees was something we won't forget.

Beautiful Home

This is a beautiful, well-maintained home situated in a lovely, quiet neighborhood with beautiful Redwood trees.. It has a large fenced backyard and the front yard can be fenced as well by closing the gate. The fireplace does a great job heating the house. The decks are a great place to lounge and chat. The best part of the house are the beds! Wonderful, comfortable mattresses made for sweet dreams! The property manager was great to work with and responded to all inquiries almost immediately. I’d definitely stay here again.
