I fell for the "10/10" reviews, but my experience was far from it. While the property is "cute," the management seems more interested in fees than hospitality.The Math Doesn't Add UpFor a tiny 520 sq. ft. space, the costs are staggering:The "41-Hour" Stay: You get less than two full days unless you fork over an extra 150 to "upgrade" your check-in/out times.Cleaning Fee: A massive 240, yet the guest book is filled with "clean or else" threats. It’s hard to imagine a cleaner getting even a fraction of that for such a small space.The "Surprise" Fee: They hit you with a 90 NON-REFUNDABLE damage fee before you even step through the door.The "10/10" IssuesDespite the premium price, the maintenance was severely lacking:The "Cold" Tub: The hot tub never actually got hot.Bird Poop: The patio furniture and deck were covered in it. Clearly, the 240 cleaning fee doesn’t cover the outdoor living space.Dirty Windows: Hard to enjoy the view through streaks and grime.Furniture: The couch feels about 100 years old—completely lost its support.Amenities: No ice machine and the kitchen equipment is barely usable.The Biggest Red Flag: PrivacyThe property has hidden door cameras that were not disclosed. We didn't realize we were being filmed until after we had walked to the (cold) tub in our "birthday suits" several times.
