- we are a gated area with only treehouses right now we have 4 on the property . all have hot tubs, wifi , dish network, we are only 18 miles to downtown chattanooga.and a sleeper sofa in livingroom, nice hot tub to enjoy the outdoors and views of the lake, no sunday check ins no smoking inside of any kind wash dishes before leaving we are located to several hiking trails and waterfalls in the area.
Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

Our stay was excellent! The treehouse was super clean, the hot tub got hot fast, it was just private enough, beautiful location and easy to find. The only drawback for me was that I thought the bed was uncomfortable, but that is so subjective so I’m still giving this a 5 star review!

This was the cleanest, nicest VRBO we have ever stayed. We had everything we could possibly need. Quiet, private with a gated private entrance. 4 cabins on the side of a mountain with enough space and foliage for privacy. We will be returning again!

We had a great time!
We have stayed here 3 years in a row because we love it. The place is clean and the hot tub is awesome. It’s a quick drive to Chattanooga to enjoy tourist attractions and restaurants.

Beautiful cabin
This cabin is so beautiful. The cabin was very clean and had a fresh smell. The cabin is very romantic and cozy. If I ever decide to go back to the area I would consider staying here again.

OMGoodness! Cutest lil cabin! Super clean! Communication with the host was great! Hot tub was perfect for ending the day after walking so much! I would not hesitate to stay her if I'm ever in this area again! Thank you for an absolutely great weekend relaxing away from everything!

It was a very quiet and cozy. Beautiful all around. Would definitely stay again. Didn't get a chance to fish at Nickajack Lake but would love to come again and stay longer. Pictures in VRBO does give this place justice. It's stunning.
