“Rented the place in mid-oct for a second-marriage honeymoon. The place was easy to find and was set up perfectly for a two person cozy stay. House faces the sunset and has a deck and sitting porch. Brought my little boat and the boating access is across the street. We had zero issues. We would definitely come back!! Definitely worth it. 👌 ”

“Stayed for 2 nights for a weekend ski trip. Comfortably slept 6 adults and 2 children. Very rustic but had everything we needed. The biggest issues we had were the heater seemed to shut off on its own a few times due to it needing a new filter. We also noticed the shower seemed to leak all over the bathroom floor which was inconvenient and there was apparent water damage on the wood around the shower which indicated the leak has probably existed for a while. “The property was perfect for our 3 week stay! The bed was extremely comfortable ( we are picky) and the kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. I wouldn't recommend for small children, due to the stairs , but our 5 and 6 year old children were quite content and loved the dock for fishing. There's a beach just down the road that y'all can walk to, and lots of dirt roads and trails for hiking and walking. ATVs can be rented from Berlin NH. Mooselook Diner has the best breakfast...

“We had a wonderful stay at Mark’s house by the river. The house has everything you need, has plenty of space for a family of four, and it’s literally right on the Ammonoosuc River. It’s also in a perfect location with so many outdoor adventures nearby. Mark is also a great host. We will definitely stay again the next time we are in the area. ”

“My family of 6 adults rented the cabin for 4 days in February and really enjoyed our snowmobile trip. The cabin was great if you like quiet privacy. The cabin can sleep 8, it accommodated our 6 nicely. We saw deer everyday around the cabin. The entire town of Pittsburg was nearly snowed in but the roads were plowed quickly and the driveway to the cabin was plowed and maintained. ”
