We had a great stay visiting family for an early Christmas get together. This home is well appointed, comfy and cozy, has a great open floor plan and is beautifully decorated. It is located in a lovely quintessential New England town and is walkable to the town green that is surrounded by coffee shops, restaurants and fun little stores. The town beach and marina are also a walk away. We will certainly be back to enjoy this clean, wonderfully updated and comfortable home!

Cozy Costal Getaway : My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home! Everything was spotless and thoughtfully designed with so many nice touches to make our stay convenient and comfortable. The shower was amazing, the bed was super comfortable, and the backyard was stunning — a perfect place to relax. All the amenities we could possibly need were included. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend this lovely home!

The one bedroom , one bath house was tastefully decorated and remodeled with beautiful furnishings that were comfortable. Kitchen fully stocked with everything one needs . Beautiful bathroom with standing shower . 3 season reading porch , lovely garden with Adirondack chairs , wooden dining table and string of lights creating lovely ambiance. Parking at their driveway. Walking distance to the center of town -the green with lots of cafes , restaurant's and shopping . Jacob’s beach small but really great with benches , Adirondack chairs ,lots of options for kids to enjoy , drive 3 minutes or walk 25 minutes to get there. It’s safe and quiet neighborhood. I travel solo for family events and friends get together and this place felt like my home . Comfortable bed and dark shade windows made my sleep great . Hosts were terrific , helpful and answered my questions in a very speedy manner! It was wonderful place , home away from home and I would love to be back there again in my future travels. Thanks again!!

Such a lovely stay in Guilford! We loved the location - close to the Guilford green and Jacob's Beach. And the house was perfect! So comfortable and had everything we needed. We walked in the evenings and enjoyed sitting outside in the yard. We will definitely stay there again when we visit CT!

Perfect for what we needed!

Our small family of 3 stayed for a few nights. The house was in great shape; clean, organized, and had all of the amenities you'd want. All communication with the host was swift! Would love to stay here again!

Peaceful Stay on the Coast

The house was situated in a quiet neighborhood and was very cozy and comfortable. Hosts checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Stay in Guilford

The property was clean and pristine with lots of amenities. The owners were available to answer questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this property to people wanting a quiet and relaxing stay. It was nice to be able to walk to downtown and the backyard was pretty.

Beautiful home minutes from the green

From the second we walked in we felt at home. The house is cozy with an easy and inviting style. A walk to the Guilford green for coffee or a bite to eat is 5 minutes through a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Hallie and Zack were easy to communicate with and had everything set for an easy check in and out. Next time we come back to Guilford to visit family we’re planning on staying here! Thank you again!

Christmas Vacation

Contemporary, clean & plenty counter space to wrap presents, cook & work. All utensils you need including scissors. New Bathroom large, shower large- 2 shower heads , plenty towel hooks! King bed comfortable & plenty blankets & pillows. Two ample armoires. Floor is cold! Clean damp towels were under counter upon arrival- 1 towel was dirty. Coffee pot had coffee in it ! Great neighborhood & nice walk to the Green & shore . Ample space & comfortable. Will return!

Nothing short of perfect!

My daughter and I recently spent four wonderful nights at this incredible home, and we couldn't have been happier. It was cozy, impeccably clean, and the hosts were very responsive. The location was perfect—just halfway to the water and two blocks from the charming Guilford Green. It’s a beautiful area, perfect for walking or running. The hosts went above and beyond by providing thoughtful touches like B&BW toiletries, high-quality linens, coffee, and essential cooking ingredients. We truly lacked for nothing during our stay. This home will absolutely be our 'go-to' whenever we return to Connecticut!
