“We love staying at the Villas The updated painting and patios look great Just would have been nice to know ahead that everyday starting at 0800 was going to be sanding, hammering and construction work. Missed sitting on the balcony with my coffee in mornings due to dust flying around outside. Updates are needed but would have liked to been aware that construction was taking place. No sleeping in for us :( Andrew is always great to work with see u next year hopefully construction is over.”

“The condo was so nice; perfect location, clean and great view. Even though there was some remodeling and improvements going on, it was quiet. We visit several locations along the Gulf of Mexico in Florida, and we really liked it. If flying in from the North Midwestern States it can be a long day, but I imagine driving in would be a breeze. We already booked for next year !!!”

Will definitely be looking and inquiring on renting this place again in the future and will always check on this unit before any others for sure. “In reviewing other areas to stay on this property, this villa was one of the few that seems to be dog friendly, and that was very much appreciated. The view was perfect, as we enjoyed having two balconies to overlook the beachfront, and the location was within walking distance of several of our new favorite places to go. The interior could definitely be updated and a few areas could use a deeper cleaning. However, overall it was a great place to stay. Additionally, our property manager was...

“We were delighted with our stay at Island Vibe on SGI. The location is perfect, everything you need is walkable or bike-able, the condo is steps away from the ocean. The master suite faces the ocean with a private balcony, we slept with the sounds of the waves every night. The main floor also has a balcony. The condo was clean and had all the basic amenities, we were even able to check-in early! The area was quite and perfect for family or a private get-away, we would definitely return!”

“Love this condo! My second time here. Very clean and comfortable. The best thing is the deck. High top table and chairs to enjoy the fabulous view and half covered if you want to stay out of the sun.”

“We had a smooth early check-in. Property manager was great about meeting us in the middle of the night to check in. We had a lot of privacy and space in the house. You didn't feel on top of neighbors. The walk to the beach was super short and easy. The extra kitchen space came in handy for cleaning fish and storing them in a separate fridge. There really is only one shower but it worked fine for us. Very layed back vacation and very enjoyable 🌞”
