    Our charming, newly redecorated, ground level 2BR/2BA condo invites you to relax on one of the country’s top-rated beaches. Whether you are returning for your annual beach trip or discovering the paradise that is St. George Island for the first time, we welcome you at Villa A-2!

    As you enter into the open living/dining space you are immediately greeted with views of sparkling Gulf waters and white sand beaches! Our open living/dining room features comfortable seating, a large, flat screen TV, and Queen sleeper sofa to accommodate 2 additional guests. The furnished beachfront patio is the perfect place to watch the sun rise over the Gulf or to relax in the colors of the setting sun.

    Enjoy beach view dining from our dining table that seats 6, with additional seating for 2 at the breakfast bar overlooking the kitchen. Our well-equipped kitchen offers the conveniences of home with all basic and large appliances.

    The Gulf front Master suite has a King bed and TV. An open vanity area makes morning preparations more convenient, with an enclosed full bath with shower. Just past the Master suite is another full bath with bathtub and shower. A stacked laundry center is also available here for your use. The second bedroom features two twin beds and a flat screen TV.

    Villas of St. George is a 42 unit condominium with large community swimming pool and beach boardwalk. Centrally located, we are within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants and St. George Island’s 17 mile long bike path.

Amazing trip! We didn’t want to leave! Everything was perfect and our family made so many wonderful memories! The hosts were responsive and helpful. Property is very clean, open, and spacious. Being so close to the beach was so convenient. Highly recommend this stay!

Perfect condo on the beach for my fiancé and I to spend a week. The unit was exactly as described and incredibly convenient to the beach, just a short walk by the pool area and you’re out with your toes in the sand. Everything was well equipped with a coffee maker, washer and dryer, and everything else that we could need. The host was very communicative with a couple small issues we had and everything was resolved immediately. Would absolutely recommend this unit and we will probably try to stay here again.

This was our first visit to St. George Island and we loved it! My children loved the accessibility to the beach and pool. The view was amazing! We met many friends and will be back in the future!

Home is perfect location for family of 4. Walking distance to everything and easy beach access. Susan was a wonderful host! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Week in Paradise

The beach was beautiful! The property was very clean and provided the cookware we needed to prepare supper. The property was within walking distance to multiple shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay at St George Island

Second time we've stayed in this condo complex which is convenient to the small grocery store and to the bridge if you need to leave the island. Ground floor gave us easy access to the beach. It was a great week!

The Villas A2

Was skeptical as we pulled into the parking lot but all of that disappeared once we entered A2. The owners have done a wonderful job updating and decorating A2. Would definitely stay again.
