Great stay. We found the house very clean and well appointed. Very quiet area. The host responded to all my questions in a timely and friendly manner.

This place is amazing! The screened-in back porch was our favorite. It has a whole-home generator. Found that out the first day we were there…electricity cut off and less than a minute later, the generator came on.

3 generations at the beach

We enjoyed being close to Pensacola and Navarre beaches. The kitchen was perfectly stocked for family meals together. We loved the round table for playing cards and the screened room for relaxing away from TV and computers.

Gulf Breeze Visit

This rental was super clean and so spacious. The kitchen has everything you need to cook full meals and the fenced backyard and screened patio was so enjoyable for our dog. The beds were all comfortable. Everyone loved the place. We will definitely try and rent it again.

First time at Pensacola

This was a Beautiful house and was very spacious. The beds are very comfortable and enjoyed the screened in porch. It hD everything we needed. Pensacola Beaches were a short drive away and were great especially the dog park on the beach, our dog had a blast in the waves. Also Shaggys restaurant was so good and we could take our dog with us. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful experience

We were so very happy with our accommodations. The house was exactly as pictured, clean, spacious and well decorated. The neighborhood was safe and close to the attractions we wanted to explore. We were extremely pleased with choosing this house for our family vacation.

Great long weekend in Pensecola

Enjoyed our stay. Nice clean, quiet neighborhood with very pleasant neighbors. House was clean, furnished nicely and very well prepared and stocked for guests. The back yard was the only disappointment. It was fenced but seemed to have a bad washed out area on one side fence that did not make it secure for our dogs. The slope also presented a problem in not being able to walk around and enjoy the yard with our pets. Other than that, the house and experience were great. Thanks for providing clean comfortable accommodations. PS.. the house was advertised as having a Kuerig cup coffee maker I believe. There was a very nice brand new drip maker there but no kuerig cup machine. Not a big deal to us, but only wanted you alert you to that. Thanks again. Enjoyed our stay. R and M Juul

Nice place

Very nice place. Very clean and kitchen is well stocked. Property sleeps 8-10 comfortably and plenty of towels for all. Beach towels were available although I usually bring my own. My suggestion would be to leave more of the everyday things that are supplied like toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dish/dishwasher detergent. We are frequent travelers so we are prepared for these things and I am sure a quick call would get more but not sure how quickly and there are plenty of stores near by. All in all a great couple days away with family and friends

Excellent stay, great place.

Everything was great. Spacious house, pretty clean, all the amenities, plenty of linens, nice fenced in yard, quiet neighborhood, kinda skimpy on the paper products (toilet paper, paper towels) but we made due without having to run to the store. Traffic was not great, seemed to have a lot of road construction in the area. Spent most of our time at Navarre Beach which is about 30 minutes away. It was way less crowded than Pensacola beach. Over all, it was a great vacation and would definitely stay there again!

Extra space for the whole family!

We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in. The house was very clean and BEAUTIFUL. Plenty of room for the six of us. Location is perfect for a short drive to the beach. Only request to make this 100% perfect is to fix the water pressure in all the showers and have a water spout available to rinsed off sand before we go in the house. We would definitely rebook for next year's vacation!

Awesome home

Our stay in this home was AMAZING! Walking in for the first time we had noticed how spacious and clean the home was. The bedrooms were perfect size and accommodated nicely. The beds were a little high off the ground but nothing too extreme. The bed was comfy and had plenty of pillows, and blankets. Room temp was perfect. They even supplied a few fans for those who sleep with fans on. Each bedroom had its own TV. Plenty of closet space and dressers. They do have a blow dryer too. Bathrooms were well stocked with towels, washcloths and a few toiletries. Plenty of toilet paper and Kleenex for our stay. Showers were hot and the pressure was good. The kitchen was stocked to perfection. Plenty of dishes, silverware, utensils and cookware. including stock pots and crockpots. Loved that the house had a 14 cup coffee maker. The house had a large dinning table and a small kitchen table. You could definitely hold a family dinner here. The living was very spacious and had plenty of seating to watch a movie or play board games. Which by the way are available in the house for you to use. There is a nice screened patio. I loved sitting there enjoying my morning coffee. The backyard is fenced in and it does slope. But my dogs didn’t mind it. The neighborhood is quite and nice. It has great places to walk your dog around. Drive way was large and fit 2 vehicles nicely. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone staying in the area.

Getaway

This is an amazing property, everything anyone would need for a great stay. We had home construction going on and needed a place to land for the week. The location is close to food,groceries and a short drive to the beach. Every detail was in this home in a quiet neighborhood to make any stay amazing. Loved the property

Welcoming

Over all we loved staying here! Home was very clean when we arrived. Only negative I could say is if you’re handicapped or unable to climb up into a high bed the beds won’t work for you. The beds are very tall except for the bunk beds but they are very comfortable. We did have to contact owner about the gas grill since it was empty but he sent someone out that day to exchange the tank on it! Would stay here again and would recommend to others.

Great property!

This is a very nice home, we were very impressed by all the amenities that are included by the home owner. The check-in process is very easy. The home is very clean and up to date! The experience was overall much better than expected!
