  • This fantastic multi-level house is the perfect choice for your next family vacation! Upon entering, you’ll find a dining room, a cozy living room, and a large kitchen complete with bar seating. The main level features a half bath adjacent to the laundry room, along with a spacious king master bedroom and its own private bathroom.
    Upstairs, there is a bonus loft area with a single bed. Another staircase leads to an office area, a full bathroom, and two additional king bedrooms.

    This expansive home offers plenty of room to entertain the whole family! Upstairs, you’ll find two king bedrooms, each with its own balcony showcasing stunning canal views, along with closets and TVs for added convenience. An office area and a full bathroom with a shower complete the upper level.

    The downstairs master bedroom is a true oasis, featuring a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double sinks. A half bathroom is conveniently located next to the laundry room.

    Enjoy ample seating options downstairs, with two dining tables and a bar area with stools. The living room invites relaxation with an oversized couch, two recliners, fireplace, and a large TV, perfect for family movie nights.

    Above the master bedroom, there’s an extra loft room with a single bed, ideal for additional guests. Outside, take advantage of the large screened-in porch, cozy fire pit area, and an inviting in-ground swimming pool for endless fun and relaxation.

    This home is designed for comfort and entertainment, making it the perfect spot for your next family getaway!

    You have total access to the home and property. The garage and master bedroom closet are used for the owner`s storage.

    Enjoying fishing off the back dock, watching the dolphins swim by at sunset and bring your boat to enjoy the beautiful emerald waters of the gulf!

Great place to relax and fish off dock!

Great pool for days you don’t want leave house and can fish on dock at house. Awesome place to stay . Will stay again!

Love the place

Eight of us came by 2 boats. Tied up in canal perfectly. House is great, clean, plenty of towels , pool very refreshing. Amber was awesome to work with! May rent again next year.

Spacious home. We really enjoyed our time here. Fishing and swimming with our kids. Lovely quiet neighborhood. Be aware of the crazy storms that come out of no where lol scary. Our host checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed and for safety concerns. I highly recommend this home.

Overall a wonderful stay

The location was quiet, safe, and beautiful. It was a short drive to Pensacola, tourist attractions, and shopping. The home is gorgeous and was more adequately stocked than any rental I have ever been in. My personal favorite was the shower in the master bathroom. We spent a great deal of time in the pool, which was fabulous. My husband spent more time fishing- unfortunately he wasn't able to catch anything we could eat the week we were there. The owner was quick to respond to questions and to address anything we needed. The grill ran out of propane and she was willing to replace it that night. The screened in porch would benefit from having some fans to circulate the air, as it gets pretty muggy. The beds were too firm for our liking. There were absolutely more pros than cons to this rental and I highly recommend it!
