Central location

We loved the house, it was very nice & clean! The pool was nice to hang out by or cool off in after a busy day. We enjoyed the location as it is close to Pensacola & Navarre Beach, just a short drive to Fort Walton/Destin area. Only complaint was that we were not allowed to check in until 4:00 on the dot, the code wasn’t even sent until right at check in time.

Great stay

The property was great. The house was clean and the pool was sparkling. Location was pretty good. It’s a 5-10 minute drive to any stores and about 30 minutes to Pensacola beach, but it’s not as hectic as being near the beach. The only thing I wish it had was more towels, but we just ended up washing them. Besides that it was a great stay. Kitchen was well stocked, there were bikes and activities in the garage, and the tiki hut was awesome! I would definitely stay again!

Speechless

This home was perfect a relaxing getaway for sure! Close enough to everything yet far enough to not be caught in traffic the whole time! Walmart and dollar general were like a 5 min ride. TV’s were in every room and the home had WiFi, there is a pod and regular coffee pot and pretty much ANY kitchen supply you could need, the pool was amazing with lights and heated not to big or small. The owner was very kind came to clean the deck and pool before we arrived only we got there a little early he let us know of best beaches and eating in the area and a personal run down on how to operate the different controls for the pool but honestly the binder gives a very specific list for how to work everything the lights/fan is a little tricky in the living space but the temp was great! If you do stay here go to the shop just past the bridge to Navarre it has all the same stuff at a much better price than on the strip heading to Pensacola! I have loud boys and none of the neighbors seemed to mind this definitely was a home away from home and the kids are asking me to book it again right now!!!!

Mixed bag for us on our stay

Communication with front door access, trash pick up, etc was good. Location is excellent. Not happy with house not having a king bed in the master bedroom as description had it with a king bed and another place had it with a queen bed. The queen bed we did sleep on was horrible as it was too soft. Had to have pillows to prop us up as we slept. Pool was great but weeds were growing everywhere in the pavers around the pool. House was spacious enough for us and kitchen was great as was the washer dryer area. I think better exterior maintenance and a firmer king bed in the master would make this a first class rental.

Gulf Breeze Vaca

House was very clean and comfortable. The pool was the perfect size for lounging. The tiki hut gave us a fun spot to get away from the crowd. The zoo down the road is amazing and super clean! It’s also a nice location for getting to both Navarre and Pensacola beaches. Melina was such a kind and helpful person to coordinate with through Pensacola Beach Properties. She went above and beyond to make our stay special and hassle free!!!
