Ubicado en el segundo piso de Beachview Condominiums, justo al otro lado de la calle de la playa y el Hangout, en el corazón de Gulf Shores, este apartamento de 3 dormitorios es el lugar perfecto para una estancia de fin de semana o en un hogar lejos de casa durante la temporada baja para relajarse después de un largo día en la playa antes de llegar a una noche en la ciudad. Tanto si le gusta ir de compras y observar a la gente; bebidas y música, restaurantes o caza de cangrejo .... todo está a poca distancia! Debe ser mayor de 21 años.

Lamps didn’t work, towel rack fell down2nd barroom. .. I put back up for you, toilet in main bed room needs fixed. Kept running unless you mess with handle a lot. Other than just needing to do some usual maintenance it was over all good. Laundry room was clean and machines worked. We were very pleased with the stay over all. Will recommend to friends.

Location was best of all! We very much enjoyed our stay, nice rooms, plenty of room for me, hubby and 6 teens! We will be coming back! Thank you lucky bird rentals.. luvd the condimenium!

It was everyone in our group's first visit to Gulf Shores. It was also our first VRBO. We loved every bit of it. From booking, to checking in and out, and everything they said, and pictures, were exactly as provided. Would definitely stay with them again.

Our trip consisted of 3 couples. We all enjoyed having our own rooms. Kitchen is small and there’s no dishwasher, but if you don’t plan on making elaborate meals, it works great. Living area is easily big enough for everyone. If you’ve got a group of people and you want to be around everything going on, you can’t beat this place at this price. Super convenient to everything we needed - we didn’t move the car all weekend. But then we were there just for the beach and the seafood. Nothing fancy, but that’s all we needed.

All in all the condo was suitable for our family needs for the stay. It was perfectly located near our favorite places to be. Upon arrival I parked in the Beachview designated parking area. In less than 15 minutes of parking and taking luggage up to our unit to get the parking pass the property management had left in our unit, Kings towing had towed my truck. This was not a pleasant way to start a weekend vacation. Lucky Bird weekend services were not helpful at all and had no concerns about my truck being towed. I was advised that the HOA hired the tow company to keep parking lots clear of non Beachview tenants. Even after sending a photo of the parking pass to Kings towinge and several conversations with property management and the tow company I had to get an Uber to get my truck. Even after showing that I had a parking pass to be in that parking area, the tow company was still very much unpleasant. I will be contacting the HOA for a refund of some sort. For anyone planning to stay at Beachview, please do not leave your vehicle unattended for any amount of time in their designated parking area. You WILL get towed at your expense

Very clean and was just like the pics on website!! We did have issue with the cable working called the number they gave us and they came right out and fixed it!! Perfect location we could walk to everything even across the road from the beach!!! Definitely will book again!!!

It was fine be. There were a few inconveniences. For example, sheer curtains made to rooms to bright at night. The air conditioning unit was too loud and woke me up several times. Not enough hooks for 8 people to hang towels and wet suits. Not enough towels for 8 people. The unit pics made me think there was a balcony but there is not

It was great layout for my family plus my brother’s family. We loved how close it was to everything. The only thing I have complaint about was the lack of tv channels. We could have been doing something wrong but it only seemed like infomercials were on tv 24/7. We were able to watch Netflix in the living room though. It was great other than that.

The building is definitely older. The rental was nice and functional besides a couple minor things (ie. the toaster was broken). The location is phenomenal. Walking distance to everything. Beaches, stores, The hangout.

This was a great place to stay for a small family vacation! Super close to EVERYTHING. We enjoyed our stay. Only issues we encountered were Wi-Fi access for the bedroom TV’s and the beds were not the most comfy. For the price and location it’s was definitely worth every penny!

Very clean and the location was perfect. We did not move our car once on the property. We were in the center of everything and walked to the beach, Hangout, Pink Pony etc.... perfect vacayion spot. Highley recommend this location!

We checked in on Dec. 30 - January 1 unit 200 was not checked by cleaning crew very well before we got there. There was mold and urine stains on toilet seats. Mold all in both showers.. They did send a lady out to clean the toilet but not the showers. I bought clorox spray and did that myself. Because we did not have anywhere else to go to. There where dead roaches in the floor..There is a window near the kitchen leakspretty bad when it rains. On new years eve night the master bed bath ceiling began to flood the bathroom out could not use it. I wish I could post pictures it was not raining outside then. This unit needs attention from its owners badly.
