Great family vacation

The house is just as pictured and very clean! Beds were comfortable. We loved having 2 refrigerators and an ice maker. Easy access to the beach. Excellent property management!! We worked with Dee Dee who was amazing. We had an issue with a sink not draining. We texted Dee Dee, and it was fixed within a couple of hours. Would stay again!

Amazing beach house!

This house and the property manager were both amazing! Check-in was simple. The house was very clean. I had no complaints and I'm pretty picky about cleanliness! We loved the open layout of the downstairs and the big table. Made it easy to all hang out together to watch tv or play games. We had all of the kitchen utensils and pans that we needed. We also loved how close the house is to the beach. It's a very short, easy walk. The deck was great for the rainy days. We could still sit outside and watch and listen to the waves. The beds were comfortable - we all slept well. The property manager answered any questions we had within minutes. We had icemaker problems and she had a repairman there very quickly, and followed up with us to make sure we had what we needed. We had a great stay and would not hesitate to rent this house again!

Great accommodations for High School soccer team

Out boys high school soccer team and two coaches stayed here during a 4 day tournament in Foley. The location was perfect to give the boys access to the beach while secluded enough for the coaches to relax. The property is amazing and coach already wants to book it for next years tournament.

Great spot in Ft Morgan!

Our family of 18 gathered here for a week Long Beach vacay and the house was perfect! Location was great as it was just steps from the beach but only a 15 minute drive to Gulf Shores. Tennis courts and pools in the neighborhood were a great benefit. The property manager was fantastic! She was so helpful and answered any questions immediately! We would stay here again.

The house was extra spacious for our tennis team! The location was great! It will be nice when they finish the two houses in front of ours so the sand area in front of this house will be clean, but it was a nice view from our deck!

Very nice house!

A great stay with pros and cons Pros: excellent area, ver accessible and clean. It was a large home that could accommodate my group of friends. The house manager was always fast to a response. The beds, bathrooms and living areas were nicely kept. The kitchen was a dream and the 2 fridges were definitely well used for the amount of food we had brought. We loved that there was an outdoor shower and a hose so we could keep our house clean and there was plenty of parking space. Cons: The neighbors are very nosy up ahead near the beach. They would often stare and spy on us, sometimes with binoculars as well as taking several pictures of us, which made us feel a bit uncomfortable. They seemed to not mind their own business, and tried calling complaints on us when we were following all the rules. Some of the amenities were probably aged. For example we were going to grill burgers and (1) the grill wasn’t cleaned out and (2) as soon as we got a fire going in it, the grill collapsed on itself. Another example were some of the chairs on the deck that broke as soon as we sat on them. Overall a wonderful place and a wonderful trip!

2022 beach Vacation… cheaper than Therapy

This vacation was just what a bunch of nurses needed! All friends and have worked together for many years. The vacation spot was beautiful and the house was large enough for all ten of us! Some beds we didn’t even use. Close to beach front. Huge back porch to sit on at night. Close to orange beach and local attractions and lots of shopping! We will keep this property in mind for next vacation! Pool close by but took car there. The showers and the bed mattresses were wonderful!

*Beware* ACTIVE construction site

A few positives and quite a few negatives. Positives- big house with plenty of space. Multiple coffee pots and three refrigerators so there was plenty of food storage for everyone. Ice machine was a great bonus as well. The house had great AC and plenty of blankets. TV's worked really well and had streaming services available. Would be a great place for large families or even multiple friends staying. All of that being said... The house- Solid overall. Internet wasn't any good, floors were nice and couches and beds were fine. The kitchen faucet leaks, ("chefs in the group") pots and pans are cheap dollar store equipment and vents under the microwave hardly worked. Cheap charcoal grills had not been cleaned and we found the previous guest old hotdogs still on them. Fridge downstairs smells like fish but not a huge issue. Trash around the property in the sand was pretty bad. Wood and other construction materials all around property. Multiple nails were picked up (including the one in my tire). There are no stairs down the center of the deck as shown in the photos. Deck stairs are on the side leading under the house. A bit misleading on the stairs and deck path leading to the beach. Deck drops off at least a foot and a half onto old harden concrete bags slightly covered in sand (two of us got cut from these). Neighborhood pool was just ok, seemed like it hadn't been cleaned all summer. Still not the biggest issue. The massive issue... The description for the property states that the owner purchased the properties in front of Diamondmine and had plans to build on them. It does not state that it is currently under construction and that crews would be working 7 days a week, 7am-6pm until finished (They just started Aug2022). We were woken up every single morning (to include Sunday) to construction noise, had to literally walk over wooden beams and through a live construction site with small children to get to the beach. Replace crossing over dunes with following excavator tracks, all while being told that there isn't anything they could do about it. Given the chance, I would have cancelled this stay and moved everyone elsewhere. Strongly believe we paid double than what it was worth to stay during this given time. I WOULD NOT book this property until construction is complete (my guess before summer 2024). I did want to mention that DeeDee who works with the property management company is sweet and came and checked on us during our stay.

Beautiful House on the Beach

Beautifully decorated house on the beach, we enjoyed our stay whether we spent it on the beach or in the house. 4 Large King Size Bedrooms all have wonderful views of the beach. The kids Loved the 2 Bunks rooms, there was plenty of room for all 15 of us to sleep.

Perfect location

The home was clean, spacious, and perfect for our large family. DeeDee was prompt and pleasant in handling any issues. Our dryer went out and she kept working with owner to resolve the issue.
