The condo was a good size for 7-8 people and was an end unit which was nice. The owner had all the kitchen supplies we needed and we lacked for nothing when we were ready to cook. We found the people who oversaw the condos to be helpful, responsive, and very friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Orange Beach and Seachase are the best!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a great winter vacation at Orange Beach in 701E Seachase. This is a great end unit with wonderful views. Teh condo is well stocked for cooking and eating in. It is also very convenient to excellent restaurants. The Seachase staff are outstanding. One small thing to know- the door between the third bedroom and the bathroom appears to be permanently broken, so the room is suitable for kids but not as practical for adumts.

Beautiful Orange Beach condo.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in 701E for a week each September for many consecutive years. It’s a beautiful condo, well maintained, in a great location. The only minor complaint is the couch is very old with the cushions sunken in. It’s been this way for several years and is certainly due for replacement. A new couch would make it pretty much perfect.

Beautiful, Clean Unit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family comes to Orange Beach every year, and we. really enjoy staying at Seachase. This unit is one of my favorites so far. The first thing I noticed when I walked in is how clean it was. The kitchen has every appliance you could possibly need. The third bathroom was a bonus for my daughter so she didn’t have to share with her brothers. My only recommendations would be to update the king bed(large craters to sleep in), have some extra blankets and pillow cases.
