I am a frequent VRBO user and hardly ever leave a negative review. But there were issues. We stayed at this condo a few years ago, and it has slipped since then.
1. Check in time is not flexible. In the past, owners/renters would work with you for an early check-in. Not here with Liquid Life. Although the property was vacant and cleaning complete by noon, there was zero felxibility. Check-in at 4pm - along with everyone else at the condo.
2. Do not even think about using the elevators from 4pm to 5pm. There are only 2 and they are slammed with everyone checking in. Wait time for an elevator for our trip up at check-in was 30 minutes.
3. When we got to the condo, the A/C was set at 82-degrees. Very inconsiderate for incoming guests. I set it at 72-degrees and it eventually cooled off. However, in the middle of the night I woke up sweating. When I checked the a/c it had reset to 78-degrees. It was on a cycle that I had to take if off of.
4. Although overall the condo was clean, there was a bloodstain on the sleeping pillon on the master bed. That's a pretty big miss by the cleaning crew.
5. Although there were plenty of open parking spaces, Liquid Life charged me $65 for a second parking pass. These used to be free, or at most $20.
6. The tv remote in the master bedroom did not work, and the Dish receiver in the living room had been disconnected. I had to reset it up.
7. Common areas at the hotel need a thorough pressure washing. Particularly the splash pad pool concrete.
