I just got home from my 28 day stay at the Indigo Surf East. 2/7/26 - 3/7/26. Let me tell you it started off Horrible! Checked in on Saturday only to discover on Sunday the refrigerator was not working. Lost all my food! It took Beachfront Properties 8 (yes Eight) days to replace with a very old and crummy replacement. I had to call VRBO to get any response from them. So my 1st week was lost waiting around for “someone” to provide updates. They brought a cooler with 2 bags of ice TWICE. Then they brought a mini dorm style refrigerator which helped a bit. NEXT was a kitchen faucet that was so loose that we were afraid to touch it as it might fall off. Took 4 days for a plumber to replace. I have a timeline of all events & calls. Overall this place was dirty...under beds, couches, tv stands, ceiling fans have not been dusted in many many months. Kitchen cupboards were missing handles and almost falling off the hinges. Coffee makers so grungy that I went and purchased my own. Very little silverware and cups/glasses for use. And don’t even ask me about the pots/pans…yuck! The couch was broken down and smelled OLD. We could hardly sit on it.We saw one live and one dead cockroach. (I have pictures)The ONLY good part was the beach view from the balcony.This duplex is up for sale and is not being kept up.I am currently waiting to hear from VRBO and/or Beachfront Properties for compensation of this inconvenience.
