Better than a condo!
It was a nice stay, very quiet, no disturbances. Everything was provided such as WIFI, bath towels, washcloths, bed linens & pillows (with extras), blow dryer, kitchen utensils, cups, plates, bowls, spices, washer & dryer, kayaks, life jackets, etc. The pathway down to the boat dock was a bit overgrown, but it was a really cool space and the kids loved it. We were bummed that there was no hammock and one of the outdoor plastic chairs was broken, but there were plenty other places to sit outside. The reason I gave 4 stars on cleanliness instead of 5 was because there were wet muddy towels in the bathtub and dirty BBQ pits with ash and foil left behind. It was likely from the previous tenants, so it wasn't a deal breaker. But overall, it was a great, safe place to stay with covered parking for 2 vehicles and a screened in porch. We all had plenty room to spread out. It was also close to everything but still off the beaten path. We will stay here again! Great value compared to the tiny condos on the beach for the same price.
