Ubicación Ubicación! Este amplio condominio no fumadores tiene todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones relajantes. Fantásticas frente al Golfo vistas desde el estudio, comedor, cocina, balcón y suite principal. Por la noche, estaba en su cama extra grande y dejar que la calma de surf a dormir. We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and well equipped. Randall took great care of us. Couldn’t have been any nicer. There are just 32 Units here so it is not overcrowded.

Communication with the manager was great! Every question you could have he addressed from the beginning in the description. We were there in December so we didn't use the beach, but the views were still nice! Condo pictures were accurate, it is an older building but it was newly remodeled and looks really nice. It suited our needs just right. We usually come to that area in the summer and so we wanted to try the Orange Beach area this time and didn't want to be in a really large complex

The condo was neat and clean and exactly as pictured. The ocean view and access was amazing. We watched the sunrise and set from the balcony. The only reason for not giving 5 stars was the pool area was not as nice as others we could see from our balcony. Also we only had one key, a keypad would be more convenient for multiple guests.

Everything was wonderful. View perfect, loved where we were located with everything across the street, we come here every June with 13 guest. We love orange beach and love the restaurants. Need smaller furniture on the balcony, needed more chairs but we worked it out. The condo was clean..some skillets need replacing but everything adequate. We would get this condo again . Thank u !

Communication with owner was great. He even let us know we could check in early. Condo was beautifully decorated, clean, and had everything we need. Beds were super comfy. Just steps from the beach. Close to grocery store, shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location, comfy beds, owner very responsive. The only suggestion I would make is to add a rug at the front door to help prevent sand/dirt being brought in and also the pots and pans are pretty rough and scratched up, make sure you bring some kind of nonstick with you . This is definitely a place we would stay again.

Perfect family vacation!!!

This condo was fantastic in every way. It is literally steps from the beach. The decor is super cute and gives off a beachy vibe. The kitchen is fully stocked with whatever you need and having the washer/dryer in the condo is SO convenient. The property is conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and many activities. I think my favorite part is that it’s a smaller building so there was no waiting for the elevator and the pool was never crowded. We’re already planning our trip next year!

We had a great time staying at this condo! It provided everything we needed for our family of five! The host was very responsive to the questions we had. The kids had a great time at the beach and the pool. Very close to everything you need for your stay! Would stay here again!!

Spring Break

Beautiful! Condo was clean. Looks exactly as shown in the pictures. Right on the beach. As soon as you open the balcony doors, all you hear is the ocean. It’s wonderful! Within walking distance of shops and restaurants. There is a Walmart nearby. Owner was informative and had very quick responses. We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent location and balcony is awesome!

This condo is in a great location.Near many things with 2 supermarkets and a Walmart across the street (along with many, many other businesses and restaurants.)We felt very safe in this area.The building itself seems "tired" and needs some renovation ... but don't be disillusioned ... once you step into the condo unit, you will be very pleased.The unit is on the (top) 8th floor - south side. As you look out from the balcony, all of the buildings to the right of you are lower than 8 floors.(There was a high rise condo building to the left built in 2019 but you don't see that.)The balcony was very private and the furniture comfortable.We did not use the pool as it was December/January ... but it appeared clean and well maintained. We walked on the beach a lot. It was great!There were two comfortable recliners in the living-room.The host Randall was very responsive to all questions.:-)Don't miss out on Lartigue's seafood market not far away. They will cook to order ... we got the gumbo and also the etouffee and warmed it up at the condo. Lastly ... the kitchen in the condo has all needed appliances ... everything you could want including a keurig coffee maker.We would stay here again! A wonderful week it was!!:-)

Awesome Beach Front Property!!

The condo is just as pictured; very comfortable, nicely stocked/furnished, everything we needed was there. Awesome location (for amenities, beach access, shopping, restaurants, recreation options). One of our favorite BBQ places was just across the street!! The beachfront access and view are amazing, beautiful sunrises and sunsets!! The manager/owner was easy to reach with the few questions we had. Awesome Stay!!

Just loved this unit; felt right at home. Within close proximity to shopping, restaurants, etc. Great view of gulf. Quiet unit, 8th floor, corner unit. Updated throughout. Would stay again when weather is warmer!
